Excellent customer service as always

Beautiful garden furniture, I have the April table and chairs in the back garden and the April bench in the front garden. Easy to follow assembly instructions and looks great once assembled.

Great quality furniture, easy ordering, through Jethro, and furniture arrived as requested and on time. An issue arose because some of the screws had not been included. On speaking to Jethro he resolved the problem and the screws arrived a week later.

There was no argument as the photographs proved the problem had been real and the Company emphasised their high quality customer care with prompt email reply and delivery of new product to replace! More..they actually thought of a charity which could benefit others by offering the damaged ones for recycling..extremely thoughtful of all people not just those that pay them! Well done Lazy Sysan

The delivery was very prompt. I had mis-ordered as the website is rather complicated, but the team were very helpful, tallked me though the error adn allowed me to re-order without any extra charge. Nor did they charge for the collection of the original order. Altogether a very good experience and we are delighted with our furniture.

Great package deal - table, 6 chairs, 6 cushions, parasol and lazy susan. Quick delivery by a polite, helpful courier company. When assembled are very sturdy and a lovely slate colour. Had a bit of difficulty with some of the nuts and bolts on the chair arms but as soon as I contacted customer services they sent replacements free of charge by return of post. The lazy susan glides smoothly and effortlessly on the table top. Very happy and pleased with my purchase. Time will tell whether they are maintenance free or not but look as if they have a good coating with no chipping during construction .

Lovely dining set which looks great in the space we bought it for. Speedy delivery. Took a little time to put together although instructions very clear.

We have been delighted with our new patio set and the service from Lazy Susan has been top class. From first contact by phone to clarify our order, communication from the company has been terrific. Delivery was first class and I found assembly was straight forward, helped by using my own tools rather than the basic ones thoughtfully provided. The quality of the aluminium pressings is first class and the table and chairs have a substantial feel to them . In short … Lazy Susanyer the tops!

Bench and cushion arrived more quickly than I expected. Really pleased with the product. Looks good outside our conservatory. The old wooden one was in need of some tlc but it's gone to new home I did use my own spanner to assemble it as the one provided didn't seem quite up to the job
