We already have a Lazy Susan bench which has been sitting in the garden in all weathers for the past 7 years without any maintenance. It's really comfortable and looks as good as new as the day it arrived. On the basis of this, we bought a patio set to match and expect to have many years of use from it. The furniture is well made, solid, easy to assemble and very attractive. A great product!

Furniture fits together well although one bolt thread was malformed and couldn’t apply the nut, but had a substitute in my tool box. Prompt delivery and well packaged with no damage.

I bought two lovely new chair cushions to add to the eight I already have. The price of cushions has risen hugely since I got the originals but I did benefit from a sale reduction. I also asked if I could buy replacement nuts and bolts for my chairs and was sent two sets free of charge. So very happy 😃

Second time buying from Lazy Susan and there’s a good reason to return. Delivery is quick, and the furniture is built to last, even out in the South Wales rain. We have a dining table and chairs set that’s been out in all weather for 18 months and looks great, so we added a bench and side table for elsewhere in the garden in the same material. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

The order was received in advance of the indicative date and was well packed. The quality of the garden set was very acceptable, a nice colour (bronze amber) and quickly assembled. One small issue with a bolt with a badly formed thread but this was quickly replaced by the company.

This is my second purchase of Lazy Susan furniture. I am so pleased with the quality of items received. My first buy - some 2 years ago - still looks as good as the first day I received it. Highly recommended.

Always a good experience.

Lightweight compared to cast iron or wood alternatives and less prone to corrosion; we also have an older identical bench 2 years old that shows no sign of deterioration despite being left outside 365 days per year. The seat shape is curved and not flat like many other benches and that makes for comfort (but maybe not for everyone). The only possible criticism is that on assembly one of the bolt holes was extremely tight.

nearly 2 years ago we bought a table and 8 chairs. After 18 months the paint finish on the chairs started to flake off significantly. I called Lazy Susan to ask what I could do to remedy this. They requested a photo of the chairs, told me they were covered under warranty and sent us 8 replacement chairs. I would rather not have had the problem in the first place, but Lazy Susan's response was first class. Very happy.
