Very helpful assistance from customer service regarding a problem I had with some chairs. Response was immediate and problem solved with helpful advice given. Excellent service.

We bought this furniture on the recommendation of our daughter who has had some for six years, close to the sea, without damage. Assembly was straightforward but I suggest using proper tools if you have them and not the Meccano type tools that were included. Everything was there and everything fitted. Worth special mention are the fasteners which are good quality austenitic stainless steel and so will not rust or break. Unfortunately the largest item in the kit, a six seater table top had some transit damaged but the customer service people worked hard to resolve the issue, hence four stars, otherwise five Assembly is over and the furniture had it's first test last weekend.

There was plenty of contact about when the items were due to arrive. And while there was an issue with one of the screws for one of the chairs, that was dealt with quietly and without fuss. And the screw sent out quickly. Thank you.

Ordered some new feet for chairs that have been kept outdoors for over 3 years. I bought more than I needed as it was cheaper to do this and I’ve now got extras for the future. The chairs are still in excellent condition & I’m still really delighted with the quality. The new feet arrived quickly.

I am so happy with my Jasmine Slate Grey two-seater bench. As I felt unsure of purchasing furniture online, but the communication from Lazy Susan was uncompromising, I emailed on a Saturday and had an email back as soon after I sent them, they were very helpful before I decided. They sent me samples for the colours of the metal and the 5 different fabric colours for the matching colours. The packaging was slightly damaged, but the bench was very well packaged. I had the components to put it together, also had a screwdrivers screwdriver, I did use my own tools and were better, but could get away using the ones you were sent. It is comfortable with the shape of the seat. I did purchase the matching grey cushion. As I was unsure about the photos online, it is actually grey not greyey-blue. I am so pleased and would definitely buy patio furniture from Lazy Susan set for my newly built garden. Took photos indoors but was pouring down with rain! Want to Christen it before it rains again.

*EDIT* - after being contacted by Customer Services first by email and then via telephone on 8th October 2024, and being offered a £30 refund and £100 donation to a charity of our choice / or plant 200 trees, we've been asked to amend this review. Kind regards, Jethro Sales and Trade account manager" Placing the initial order was easy, straightforward and pleasant - unfortunately, there is where all the pleasantries ended. The furniture is extremely light, even for ‘aluminium’ it is extremely light. A table leg also arrived chipped. Upon phoning the company, we were offered a replacement leg, not being satisfied because it would come from a separate batch, we asked for a full refund and return. When we then stated we were in fact unhappy with the product, we were met with hostility and deflection. ‘I’m not going to get into an argument with you, but we’ve been going for 15 years’ did not quell our concerns. When we pushed for a full return and refund, we were then told we were liable for a £30.00 return delivery fee, because we had expressed dissatisfaction with the product, despite them claiming to offer customer satisfaction. Very rarely have I dealt with a company with such terrible products or after sales services. We will never use Lazy Susan Furniture again, and we will never recommend them to friends or family.

We’ve just bought an 8 seater Madison table and chairs. Great quality, well packaged. I would definitely recommend Lazy Susan.

Brilliant products, very well packed and thought through. My cast aluminium bistro table and chairs and beautifully made.

There was a glitch with the delivery address and so a mix up with the delivery company. Lazy Susan help desk not lazy at all but constantly helpful trying to sort everything out between me and the delivery. Full marks!
