Where do I start with the incompetence of the after sale customer service team. Ordered a guest bed delivered when they said they would. Bed arrived the trundle part of the bed was missing, all the packaging was dirty with an oily substance and one of the mattress was marked. Now 3 weeks later following 10+ plus emails, 20+ calls broken promises, lies , no call backs when promised an attempt to deliver a new mattress (the wrong one) an attempt to deliver on a day I told land of beds I was on holiday the saga rumbles on unresolved. Shameful. Dear Land of Beds…all I want is my new mattress ( the correct one please) delivered on the day we agreed…how difficult can that be?
Nuala was very patient and helpful. She made us feel special and she took the time to answer all our questions and made us aware of all the factors to be considered when buying a topper, such as the sizes of our beds. She drew our attention to details which we had not noticed.

I originally bought a mattress which was awful quality and kept sagging so I asked for a replacement and so changed brands and mattress type and this one had a fault from day one on the left side. They arranged a person to assess it and the man told me it was faulty but the report came through saying different and it was like a half fudged report with accurate photos and wrong wording. I stated my case again to sleepeeze and they made land of beds do another inspection. Once again proven faulty. The company are refusing to give us a refund and only want to swap the mattress again. We are not interested in any mattresses from this supplier after giving them the chance to source a Tempur one mattress which they don’t stock. They stock other Tempur mattresses but double the price and I’m surprised Tempur won’t let them buy the one we want. Never the less we lost faith in this company and we want a refund. I’ve put it firmly in writing and they won’t reply in writing. They conveniently haven’t sent the new faulty report through to us. They keep telling us the managers in meetings and the manager will call us but the manager never does and doesn’t seem to exist. My husbands a lorry driver now with extremely poor sleep and back that hurts so bad he’s had to pause his gym membership. It’s so uncaring to put customers through this sort of treatment. We will be taking them to the small claims court now because I’ve given this company enough chances. If they want to read this and give us a refund then great we can part ways but otherwise see you in court. Update. The following day of posting this I have been contacted and offered a refund once the mattress is collected
Delivery was unpleasant - I had to abandon my daughter and nine-month-grandson to lunch by themselves to get back from Kendal as the delivery man insisted I be home within half an hour, despite that being two hours ahead of the email forewarning me of the delivery time. I did not enjoy being harangued. My daughter then found it hugely uncomfortable and was in great distress until she discovered at 2am it had been delivered upside down. She was strong and stressed enough to turn it over by herself.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Iv purchased a mattress and bed frame from land of beds, the bed frame is not fit for purpose, I have been unable to sleep on it for nearly 5 weeks because the slats are broken and keep detaching from the bed frame each time I lay down, I'm due to give birth next week so to say this is inconvenient is an understatement. The supplier has taken over 2 weeks to send out replacement slats, lo and behold the slats are the wrong size, so I'm still unable to use the bed. I was told an exchange could happen at the start of all this, then was told they agree to only a repair, the manager is never available to speak to when iv asked, conveniently! I am sleeping on an air bed very uncomfortably, with no resolve. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Julie was very helpful through the process of ordering my mattress and telling me what the procedure would be and what to do when it arrives. Also assisting me with finance options and other services to go with my mattress. Mattress arrived earlier than expected and has been lovely to sleep on. I highly recommend Land of Beds for their service and variety of products which other retailers don't seem to stock.
We had the pleasure of having our new mattress delivered this afternoon after waiting a fairly short time to have it made.. It was delivered by two friendly guys..one by the name Mike...they were very professional in removing the old mattress and fitting the new one.. They telephoned beforehand to let me know what time to expect them..I'm very satisfied with the service

Bought a new Hypnos mattress from Land of Beds, Wigan. The service in the shop was excellent, but just wanted to mention the delivery team. Darren and Tony made the delivery go so smoothly. They telephoned in advance to say what time they would be delivering, they were on time and were friendly and efficient throughout. Many thanks it was appreciated.

Lesley was very understanding and made me feel confident.. I just hope the mattress supplier is as understanding as the mattress I bought is uncomfortable and I can feel the springs after only 3 years. It has a 10 year guarantee and dread to think what it will be like after a few more years....update... after 3 weeks and emailing for updates I haven't heard back from Land of Beds..so disappointed with this.
