Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience I purchased a Sleepeezee mattress from Land of Beds during their so-called "bank holiday sale,". A couple of weeks later, I noticed the mattress was still the same price, just under a different sale. So much for the countdown timer and urgency! Whilst the mattress was fine, the delivery process was awful . I wasn’t able to select a delivery date, and as someone who works Monday to Friday without flexibility, this was a huge inconvenience. The delivery company assigned me a random date by text, and when I couldn’t make it, I had to wait another week for a new date. You can’t even specify when you're available, which could leave you waiting indefinitely. The delivery company they used is Point 2 Man 2 Man Delivery. To make matters worse, I contacted Land of Beds to let them know when I was available, and while they said they would arrange it with the courier, clearly that didn’t happen or the courier didn’t care. The customer service did try but ultimately the delivery team has let them down - hence the 3 stars. I should’ve stuck with Dreams, where you can at least book a delivery slot that suits you. I won’t be shopping with Land of Beds again and I would only recommend if you’re someone who can get any day of the week off

I researched a mattress which land of beds have at a competitive price but I want to be able to lay on it and land of beds is too far. That said they sent an email saying that I could try the mattress on trial but I don’t want have to go through the hassle of sending back and finding another Can’t fault them for customer service

This company is a joke. I ordered a bed and cover on the 22 July. Half of the order arrived and the rest is missing. Then i get told about the company name changed of their supplier. Well that in NOT my problem. I paid for items and want it or they refund me the full order and collect the half order i received and i can go somewhere more organised and professional.

My bed was delivered without any notification it was out for delivery. It took 5 days for my bed to be delivered following this. Being lied to everyday that it was going to be delivered that day but never turned up. I was told I would receive compensation for my troubles, taking time out of work etc but it's been a month and no communication

the mattress was fantastic, but the driver of the delivery van was really horrible ,he told me that he had been trying to call me for half an hour, but my husband had been giving him directions on the phone, he literally pushed the clip board ,no pen for me to sign ,his assistance was really nice ,not much English but he got me a pen and showed where I needed to sign, the driver need to be a little more mannerly o customers and his work colleague, the young man struggled to bring the item on his own,

Very good ordering experience. Prompt replies to (lots!) of questions. Charlotte was really helpful & patient & even checked certain specifics direct with bed manufacturer for me when I was deciding what to go for. The answers covered all my queries giving me the confidence to order online. Just have to wait now for my bed :)

Jan had a friendly demeanor but very competant. I needed better pictures of the various colours for the bed that i wanted and she went to the company, obtaining them the next day. She made sure my order reflected the situation. It's great when you talk to pleasant people. Thanks Jan!!

Quick delivery perfect nights sleep

After only 3 months the Hypnos mattress had sagged despite turning as recommend. Land of beds sent a technician to measure the sagging ( even though I had sent in pictures and dimensions they had requested) He concluded that the sagging was within “natural settlement “ and not further action should be taken. Land of beds offered no help. Not even an exchange of brand. One year on I’m stuck with a useless mattress. I had to give 1⭐️ to write this review

I recently came into Land of Beds with my 80 year old dad who was looking to buy a new bed. The support, advice and consideration given by Irene and Darren was nothing short of exemplary. In short, fantastic products backed by amazing customer service!

Charlotte went above and beyond to find the mattresses to fit my in laws mi beds. On both occasions I spoke to her she was very polite. Couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you Charlotte.

Well explained all the bed options and details by Irene. Nice showroom to test the beds. A good experience. Not so much a criticism but a point that should be addressed is:- For customers who need help who can't assemble their own bed and Land of Beds don't offer an assembly service then a list of local assembly people/tel numbers could be provided to guide customers in the right direction without any liability to land of beds.

Never use this company brought a Emma mattress. Tried to send it back as only had it 13 nights. Very very unhelpful staff, go directly to Emma mattresses as they will take it back without any questions. Buying from a third party like Land of beds is a big mistake. This company is awful and luckily I paid by credit card so I can get credit card company to get the payment back. Also write to Emma Mattresses to let them know how bad this company treats customers.
