Quick delivery and easy enough to put together

Very helpful and easy to deal with company. Kept me updated throughout and everything arrived exactly when they said it would.

After much research and serious help, online, from Charlotte, we decided that we needed to go to the Land of Beds store in Wigan to see/try the beds. The store was easy to find and parking was easy. Alan made us welcome from the word go. He was patient, informative, helpful and not at all pushy. He was keen for us to get the bed that suited us - and we did. He led us through all the paperwork and we chatted as well as dealing with the bed. Buying a bed is stressful. Trying to get one which suits two people with different needs, will give good service for several years and will be within budget is a nightmare. There are so many variations and much research has to be done before you go near a bed shop. Charlotte online, with many useful suggestions and long patience, then Alan in the shop, made this an easier process than it might have been. Thank you!

We were let down by another supplier at the last minute, ordered a mattress online, the original supplier then delivered the mattress annoyingly, computer glitch. I dealt with Wendy at Customer Service, nothing too much trouble. A private business and it shows through in their customer service.

Hi, The mattress are very low quality. My experience is very bad to purchase the mattress on line. At the time of purchase i chat with the lands of beds and they are telling me if you want to replace and return the mattress its no issue. When i purchased the mattress on line it was delivered after 3 weeks. when it was delivered and we see the quality of mattress is very low .So now its use less for me. I waste my money. I called them and sent an e mail they straight away told me we will not refund and replace the mattress. So i suggest better purchase the mattress personally in the shop .don't purchase on line .The people over there they are not a good people and only they lie at the time of purchase. You reply on trust pilot I already contacted with customer service and they told me we are not refund and we are not Replace your mattress.As I mentioned above Quality of Mattress worst.

Prompt delivery by courier, i think the cost of delivery (£10) was very steep, i am realistic and know that delivery costs but £10? Communication about delivery non existent but thats probably the courier and not the seller.

The team at Land of Beds continue to provide that next level of Customer Service. There was an issue with the bed that was delivered. From raising this with Customer Service, they were very quickly in touch to assist me in resolving the matter. I had conversations with Lesley by both email and telephone. She kept me up to date with the process and provided assurance that a replacement would be forthcoming. Excellent response and friendly level of service once again. Very happy with the outcome and thank you Lesley for your help.

Product looked OK at a reasonable price. Delivery shown as 7-10 days and restated in confirmation email. Tracking information immediately reports delivery will be sooner, when I'm not in. Rang customer services who said nothing can be done courier will attempt delivery than I can reschedule with info on card. No card delivered fortunately email contained necessary information. Redelivery scheduled, but courier did not deliver and no update in tracking. Courier provides no useful tracking information and will not leave in safe location if not in, so had to wait in all day.

Agent Lucy very helpful and patient - she had to speak to me three separate times whilst I made my mind up - all sorted and purchase made. Also very keen price today!

Despite being told by Land of Beds that the delivery company would contact me to arrange a day for delivery of a mattress, I was given two hours' notice that delivery was on its way that day with no facility to stop or re-arrange. A neighbour kindly took delivery in. I am concerned that LoB used a delivery company with 50% one stars on TrustPilot. When the the pack was opened the mattress was damp. It's now drying out and so I've not been able yet to test the quality of the mattress.

My experience with Land of Beds was generally what I expected, friendly and plenty of videos to explain everything. I am a little disappointed with the edges of my mattress being too soft but there wasn’t really the after sales support for my query. Yes I would still use them again.

I had a delivery of a mattress today, by two men, one was called Mike. They rung to let me know an approximate time they would be arriving. They were very helpful, polite and made sure everything was fine with me before leaving.

We spoke to Maria who helped us with our order for 2 mattresses but to different addresses. Nothing was too much trouble and she stayed on the phone to us until it was all complete. It was lovely to be able to talk with someone who was not only helpful but both pleasant and polite….. thank you Maria.
