Kept well informed of the delivery. Arrived on time, gave good advice on how to get the bed upstairs due to they don’t carry upstairs because of health and safety

Mattress not good slept on it for 20nights has sank in the middle read all the terms and conditions they will not take it back, Relyon Tarporley I also purchased a mattress protector for 59£ to find the same one for 19£38pence inc vat very expensive mistake will not be recommending Land of Beds

Really pleased with my experience using land of beds. I picked a bed and mattress and once it was in my basket received a call from a man named Darren who explained what my options were. I then chose an option that suited me and the bed was ordered, Darren called back to explain that it would take around 2 weeks to receive both the bed and mattress however I received both in a week. The bed is amazing quality and really sturdy. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable. I would 100% use this company again.
Amazing service Charlotte took my order and advised me the best mattress to get regarding my bad back and i was told it would be delivered 5 days later, which it was. I even then asked her for some help with bedding and she emailed me over within 30 mins with some good recommendation's. Its really nice to see when someone goes out there way to help you and you can tell she actually cares about getting it right for the customer! Thanks again charlotte you was amazing!
