We ordered a King Size Mattress but unfortunately Dormeo delivered a Super King Size. Lesley of Customer Service very promptly arranged delivery of a replacement and collection of incorrect size mattress. As OAP's we cannot thank her enough for her understanding and immediate action to sort out this difficulty.
Cannot praise the service provided enough! Had issues with the order going through and within an hour I had spoken to advisors and it had all gone through and processed. Particular shout out to Darren and sales team for the follow up calls and emails. Can't wait for the items to arrive
