Great shopping experience today at Land of beds(Helsby). Staff were helpful and informative. There was no pressure to buy. We were given plenty of time to browse and test the mattresses. Prices were cheaper than the big chain store names. Would certainly recommend to others.
Me and my partner have purchase a bed and mattress from land of bed for our first home together we dealt with both Irene and Darren and they was amazing happy to help in anyway and made the process to easy and made sure we found the bed that was right for us in price and comfort! There was no pressure that a purchase had to be made unless right for us

Knowledgable staff who were not pushy in the slightest. Huge range of beds on line with a good selection in store. Reasonably priced it made no sense to track off elsewhere. I certainly recommend Land of Beds for your bedroom purchases.
I have not recieved any tracking details even though at checkout it said tracking details will be emailed. Luckily i screen shot of my checkout where i have the contact number of the company and my order reference. I have no details when it will be arriving. I have left email at help let see if they respond.

Wrong communication. Mattress was dirty. I sent too many messages to land of bed and they didn’t help me.
The delivery of my item came very Quickly ,iam now waiting for other items to come ,which was explained during the time of ordering .

Good knowledge of the products they sell. Nice lady Irene who was very helpful.
Sucker you in with great sales. Even paid a bit more because the sales service was good. Here comes the reason why I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I received my new mattress on the 23/11/2024. Within 2 weeks I called to report that there was an issue with the mattress and was dipping in the middle from top to bottom causing roll together. Which it’s advertised as no roll together. I took pictures and sent them to show the dip. To which I was told you haven’t rotated the mattress. Which I have because I was told to do it weekly during the sales call to make sure it “beds in evenly”. Now after a month of having the mattress I had an engineer out who himself said the mattress shouldn’t dip 2cm within a month of having it, and if you do get a new one don’t get the same as it will probably have the same issue. However on the report wrote things that he never even spoke to me about. This is not the service I expect and I am now having to go to citizens advice to try and get this resolved. I don’t mind paying the money in the slightest, but I expect better quality and service.
Everyone I came into contact with was polite and helpful. Land of Beds saved the day after another company let me down just before Christmas.

Irene and Darren were very helpful, gave advice if requested but wasn't pushy. Very informative about any queries we had. Overall a very good sales team and would reccomend. We ended up purchasing both ottoman base and new mattress. Hopefully we'll be as satisfied with them as our experience in store .
