We needed to arrange for delivery of a number of beds, one quickly, and used the online chat. We were helped by Charlotte, which sorted out what we needed in a prompt and efficient manner. Order placed easily, and confirmation received by return.
Charley dealt with my enquiry and order and was very pleasant and efficient answering the questions I had also asking some of her own then taking the order very efficiently. She also gave me some useful information as to how to use and treat my mattress during the first few months of use. Very helpful indeed

Order placed on line because we had used you before, so hopefully when bed is delivered in 8 weeks time it will be as good as before.
I asked for the old mattres to be removed, and added this to my order paying £45 extra for this. The delivery men did not do this, and also left the new one outside of the bedroom. I tried to speak to them and was completely ignored, which I took as rather rude.

The Helsby branch of Land of Beds is clean and the staff welcoming. We were greeted by Julie who introduced herself and guided us through the mattress choices. Julie had extensive knowledge of all the different kinds of materials used to make the and about soft - firm options available. We were offered and accepted hot drinks while we discussed the choices. We were not pressured into making a decision and in the end we chose the right mattress for our needs. Julie was very friendly,polite and professional and it was an easy transaction.
