Very disappointed withe the lack of communication. Wrong bed delivered, headboard delayed, pillows lost in transit. No updates appart from assurances when I call them that they will look into it and get back to me. Order placed mi November.

I recently ordered a new mattress and inadvertently omitted the delivery address. Charley, who handled my order, was incredibly helpful in updating my information. His service was excellent; he made the process straightforward.

I was looking for a new bed, I made an enquiry and Laura assisted me, Customer service was excellent, Very professional, Laura put together an excellent deal which I accepted. After visiting the Hypnos showroom we decided to find an authorised Hypnos retailer who might have beds from stock. Land of Beds had a good website and Hypnos promotional sale offers online. I spoke to Laura, who answered all my questions and quickly confirmed our discussions by email. I rang a few times to clarify details and was met by a friendly patient employee, who responded promptly each time. The payment link was secure and straightforward. You can tell this company takes its customer care seriously. This is the first time I’ve used Land of Beds and based on my experience today I would recommend them to anyone interested in sourcing a quality bed. Our mattress, bed base and headboard had to be a factory order. We experienced good old fashioned customer service with this retailer and the pricing was good.

Helpful staff

I gave 5 stars when I ordered my headboard on the 2nd December as the staff were very helpful. However, I can now only give you 1 star as it has been ongoing situation since then. After your advertising and staff promising I would get it before Christmas, I was later told this was not going to happen. On Friday, I was informed that it had finally come in but they had sent the wrong one!!! They would have to reorder and it would be 3 to 4 weeks after Christmas before I would get it. I then decided that after all the phone calls and stress involved, I feel badly let down and cancelled my order, hence the 1 star given now!

Do not buy a Harrison spinx ,or any other pillow top mattress unless you want terrible backache , it says on their website allow for material settlement ,it should read allow it to sink in where you sleep and leave mounds all around you with the biggest mound in the middle of the bed . So topping material needs to be looked at to keep it in place as this migration leads to the most lumpy bed I have ever slept on ,after a few months I started to get backache now two years down the line I am having chronic backache .I am sure it is due to only being able to turn the bed around which we did as instructed,but when you and your partner are different sizes you feel every time you turn it you are in a deeper and deeper hole and not one that suits your sleeping position as different people sleep in different positions . The migration of materials then cause problems ,so this needs to be looked at .if you look at reviews of pillow top mattresses this is a common thread . When you contact them to complain they send someone out who has a bit of string with weight on it and they do measurements to show up the dips which are over 3 inches and they say It is settlement and the bed is ok . Well I just wish they could sleep in it for a night and see if they had backache .I had my last bed for 10 years and thought it should be replaced due to being old ,well I wished I still had it as it was comfortable even after 10 years so just to warn others out their stay away from Harrison spinx pillow top mattresses ,don't just take my word for it look at reviews of their pillow top mattress .not a quality mattress as described and not fit for purpose
