not being a tech laptop person I was having trouble ordering a mattress on line so ended up phoning to sort things out and as luck would have it Mike answered the phone and came to the rescue. After quite a long time exchanging imfo things got sorted so I must thank Mike for his patience and assistance with my order being of 85 years it help a lot

Firstly I looked online then contacted Laura for an online chat, I then asked her to contact me by telephone. I ordered the bed I wanted, Laura was very patient and helpful answering all my questions regarding delivery. I was very happy with the process.

I had a few questions about the mattress, delivery etc and Laura was very helpful and lovely combination of friendly but professional. Would give no stars if possible, got the bed just for it to be missing threaded inserts so couldn't put together. Told me to sleep on my mattress on the floor, been on the floor for 5days now and still waiting for someone to contact me to come fix bed no one has rang me to update me or anything. It's absolutely ridiculous

A first class experience. Alan the salesman was extremely courteous and helpful. There was no big sales pitch just good informed knowledge of the products. We bought a super mattress + a mattress topper and can't wait for the delivery in approximately 5 weeks. We will be going back in the future to buy a new bed base that we also had our eye on at the same time.
