Looking online for a mattress we found the choice confusing, and also we wanted a zip and link with different tensions for each mattress, which added complication. So we got in touch and Darren couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us through the process and emailing us with a list of suitable options to fit our particular needs.
What made this a no pressure no stress enjoyable experience was a lovely friendly lady called Julie From the start Julie asked what mattress we had at the moment she then emailed us a list of mattresses that were newer versions of our old one at different prices We then made a decision based on her advice and experience as well as looking at our needs and budget Julie kept in touch and returned our phone calls if she was busy with customers and answered or found the answer to all of our questions Land of Beds have a vast selection of beds and mattresses at competitive prices and with Julie looking after us so well we would definitely recommend Land of Beds and don't forget to ask for Julie The Service is Outstanding.
Longer than expected delivery schedule balanced by good price, however a few days after purchase was emailed an offer from Dormeo that would have bagged me the next mattress up for the same price
So, we needed a new mattress, our salesperson, ( Lucy Ackers ) could not have been more helpful, we knew the make we wanted, but needed advice on the firmness, she also suggested we try other makes just to be sure.
Julie was very knowledgable and helped me make the right purchase for me. She spent time explaining and making sure the purchase was correct.
Michael telephoned me unprompted. I had tried to purchase a mattress online but the payment hadn’t gone through. I was deliberating what to do when he rang. Provided advice and my purchase was sorted. Very helpful and polite.
The Sales Team were very patient and helpful in unravel ling a problem caused by my bank. It was so good to speak to actual people, and on a Sunday too!

I pondered on a bed purchase for a while and after reading trustpilot reviews on the helpfulness of the team members at Land of Beds I decided to respond to the email (a very helpful nudge) from Michael. It was reassuring to discuss the various aspects of the bed and components, and the concerns I had about making such a purchase. Michael was able to answer all of my questions knowledgeably. I’m now looking to the delivery of our new bed instead of worrying.
