I needed to convert from three standard T5 flourescent tubes in my desk task lamp to three LED ones. Very poor customer service.I bought 16 downlights and paid for the next day delivery before 3 pm. The package arrived 4 days later and I had to keep chasing it. That is extreme poor service and management. Still very annoyed by the whole experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered two batten strip lights and two daylight tubes. Easy to order, good delivery and items very well packaged. I had a problem with one of the tubes not working so emailed them. Prompt reply by Ellie and another tube sent out foc. All fitted and fine. Would recommend them.
