I bought a light bulb for the kitchen LampShopOnline: Order # 100252755. I especially paid extra for express shipping for the next day, because it's hard to live without light in the kitchen. And ten days after the purchase, nothing happened, I had to buy a bulb somewhere else. During this time, absolutely no contact. Fortunately, I paid with Paypal and after 30 days I was able to get my money back. I have never come across such a pathetic online store before.

The order was easy to make and delivered quickly. It was very well packaged and the items worked perfectly. The only complication was delivery costs. It suggested I had ordered enough to get a discount but seemed to be incorrectly taking into account VAT and despite the notification I was actually charged delivery.

I ordered 4 of these osram white 6000k lights when online it said they were in stock ready for next day delivery and 10days later I spoke with lampshoponline through chat on there website it's also a disaster and anyway they didn't have them and were expecting them to arrive with them in a week 17 days after I placed my order really sneaky service be careful. In the end they sent me black 4000k. 👎
