This company is criminal. I returned product for a refund within the 30day return window. I was told i had to pay shipping. I paid nearly $10 to ship it back. 4 weeks later i am told oh sorry no refund it's past 30days.... so i said fine ship it back then, i paid for it. They then said that i would have to pay for THAT shipping. Crooks. I want my money back. I followed the return policy.

Honestly this company/program is life changing. You have provided the tools and information I needed to lose 53lbs so far in 7 months. I am gaining more and more confidence and know I am capable of way more than I ever thought. I have had a few issues with shipping or missing items and customer service has been amazing each and every time. I 100% recommend LadyBoss to everyone who listens lol

I love ladyboss!!! I have PCOS and I had tried everything to loose weight I got to the point where I thought it just wasn’t going to happen. Then a friend of mine introduced me to LadyBoss. And I’m sure glad she did!!!!! I love that there are alternatives to sweets which helps me a lot, because I have a huge sweet tooth!! It’s helped me loose 40lbs so far! It’s by far the best weight loose program I’ve ever tried, and the best tasting protein powder ever! I just wish that they would at least make chocolate a regular flavor!

I just recently put my first order in with Lady Boss almost 2 weeks ago! So far it’s been an amazing experience! I got my order within a week and started last thursday! 1. I absolutely LOVE the lady boss Lean!! The Shakes I’ve been making taste so good and fill me up for a while! And 2. I LOVE the community that comes along with joining Lady Boss Lean!!! I love hearing everyones stories and they help motivate me through my own process!! Definitely excited to try more!

Love ladyboss products!!! Customer service needs to improve. Sending a email doesn't work for someone who works 2nd shift. Having to sit on hold to talk to customer service isn't good. Placing orders should be easy. Don't push products on me!!! I know what I want when I order!!!

I love ladyboss lean. The products I have purchased are great, costumer support is awesome. The hub could use some work navigation is a little weird I wish I could shop while signed in without having to put my email in again. The upselling is a bit annoying anytime I purchase something there's always like 3-4 things I have to say go through before I can check out would be nice to have an opt out of upsell option. Overall though ladyboss is amazing and I recommend them all the time!

I ordered the pink Friday deal, which was my very first order. For some reason my swag didn't come with my order so I had to contact customer service. They were amazing! They got me what I needed & shipped my swag right away! Hoping to get it any day now! I did buy lean which I've tried before from friends & Ultimately why I placed my own order but this time when my order came the lean smells different & has a bit of an aftertaste. Soooo I'm not sure if there's a new formula?

Anything that sounded good, looked good, went straight into my mouth, did. I lost sight if who I was. I wouldn't even undress or dress in front of my husband. I hid on the corner. I pulled away all of the time when he would like my side. I was miserable. My daughter introduced me to LadyBoss. From June this year to today, Over lost 39 pounds and 25 inches total. The 28 day challenge helped me focus and get my mind right and set me up for success. I now have a home gym, and have never been happier with who I am becoming. My only complaint? That it took me almost 51 years to find a program I love.

MAKE THE FLAVOR DROPS PERMANENT. The cyber Monday even left me really pissed off. The exclusiveness is not cutesy or fun. 1. The valuation of swag is so out of whack. I ordered the pink Friday box and there is no way it’s value was $150. I would not have ordered it if I would have known it was not new items (which you guys made it seem like) I am sick of stickers counting for half it’s worth. I like it in the monthly subscription box but not in a mystery box. I also had to reach out to support because I was missing items. Kaelin and ladyboss has changed and not in good ways over the last two years

The hub is very hard to understand I had one club purchase of just lean got your phone call from your employee we decided on the 3 bag of lean, burn and fuel to start. Two months in I had all sorts of club memberships on the hub when I’d call I’d be told they were canceled then I get one purchase missing one bag of lean I call about that, 24 hours later I’m being charged for more burn and fuel even tho I didn’t order it and I already had my burn and fuel for the month. Well that money wasn’t in my account so you refund me my money but now I’m paying charges for an over drafted account. My husband was livid and told me to cancel the products from auto ship I called and talk to the customer service rep and we decided we would just hold off till the February and try again. My blender cup I got from the apple pie drop has half the label missing after only being washed like 5 times. These products are good but I’m seriously struggling with trusting my cc info in a club membership. I’ve had so many issues I’m so worried every time I order that something is going to go wrong I just want stress free weight Loss supplements

Customer service is not helpful at all. If you have a problem all you get is an "I'm sorry I can't help you, sparkle on". This company is not ethical. They delete any negative comment you leave on Facebook, guess they don't want people seeing those. Read the bad reviews, they tell the truth. I will never buy from this company again.
