I joined Ladyboss May 2017 and it has changed my life. I love all the coaches and LB team.. Never 1 bad experience!!! I lost 50 lbs in 4 months .and kept it off with this lifestyle. I have introduced many friends to the program, 5 that became life members , 10 friends completed 5 challenges with me. I love the encouragement and sisterhood ..i have purchased more swag and all of the products not to mention most of the flavor drops and everything has been professional all the way. I love the Ladyboss lifestyle. Just purchased the bundle for 2 shakes a day and received all my goodies today! Thank you Kaelin and all the coaches you all are Amazing Angels !!!
I love Lady Boss! Strawberry Strawberry shortcake and Mocha Cappuccino are my favorites from what i have tried. I would give all 5 stars if you would ditch the artificial sugars and go for stevia, monkfruit, or a similar healthy and natural sweetener. Thanks for listening!

I signed up for the ladyboss coaching, I asked the recruiter if I could wait until January to start. She said that wasn't a good idea because there's probably going to be no more space left because they were filling up fast and honestly she pressured me into signing up and I wasn't ready and it's not a great program, I have to be on the internet a lot with this and that's not who I am. So, the pushy pushy, was very stressful. And it's not something I can stick with honestly. I wish the lady had been more honest and understanding of my situation.
I love all the products that I have purchased. The only thing I didn’t like was when the coach called me after my first order and had me on a good weight loss plan but didn’t wanna help me after I wouldn’t purchase glow. We are a family of 6 and my husband is in the military and the only one working at the moment so I can focus on my schooling. We couldn’t afford it but he refused to help me anymore since I wouldn’t purchase glow. I felt so disappointed because he told me I wouldn’t reach my weight loss goals with out it. I refused to have him be right. He said I would eventually plateau, I didn’t. I pushed my self so much! I am still losing weight and I’m not using glow. When and if I can afford it I will buy it I love the work out system! Thank you for listening!
I absolutely love lady boss! I love your products and they have helped me beyond what anything else has! I actually try to get everyone i know to try it because I have so much faith in these products! But.....I have had a few problems with lady boss also :( most of the time the customer service is top notch but other times I feel like they don't even care. I have asked questions before only to get shot down and not told a reason why. One time is was because so many women were using codes to get free product when ordering flavor drops. I had women posting in a group chat I am in with screen shots from customer service saying yes you can use them since you didn't get to use it I am sending you free product others just said no we don't do that which is what happened to me. Not a big deal whatever, but then the next flavor drop happened and I ordered 3 bags of the mocha cappuccino. They messed up my order on their end because I placed an order then my husband placed another order for me using a different email. So I should have gotten 4 bags and they only sent me out 1. I called when I only got 1 and they sent out 2 more I had to call again because I was supposed to get another bag. This was a huge hassle for me and all I got was an im sorry we messed up thats it no coupons or free product for your trouble but then there are women posting about receiving extra lean they didn't order and are now posting it for sale or trade because they don't need it and I have trouble trying to afford 1 bag. I know it's not your problem just very frustrating when something is messed up so bad on your end and I have to figure it out and only get a sorry, its frustrating. Also I feel like even tho lady boss is to support and empower women and help with weight loss you don't want fat women promoting or wearing your products. Most items don't come in a 3X and when they do they sell out within seconds (if they even have them in stock) and the 2X is right there with it but 3X is almost impossible to get. I get so excited when swag drops happen then so disappointed when they don't have my size or even the size I will be in next. It is very frustrating and I am not the only fat women to feel this way

I have been so thrilled with everyone I have been in contact with at LadyBoss. They are real, encouraging and have beyond amazing customer service. I also love how they give you truth, real solutions, and actual support. I am using LadyBossLean 2 times a day and adding more exercise in to my routine. I love the Facebook support group(the women are real and I feel like I can share without being shamed or a size 2. I have had questions about products and they have been answered super quickly. I also am listening to Kaelin's book"Big, Fat Lies" and it is fabulous. It really speaks to me and has so much truth to offer.
From the start it was hard to log on to the ladyboss website...I had to call customer service to have my email reset just to get in....also there isn't much direction on what to do once you receive the programs. I ordered the 28 day challenge and was lost until I had someone else that works out go through the program just to tell me what to do....instead of having to add the website to the homescreen on my phone why is there no app with easier access to the lady boss program....im hoping this program works out for me cause I really want to work on myself...I know it works my sister used it for a while but just having things easier accessible and explained better would be alot helpful
Your posting system needs work the tunes seem to change and applied differently to others. You can lower the cost raid oaky during g the pandemic. You do a lot for charity but helping out those who are helping build the company can go a long way
The products that this company puts out are fantastic. Great flavor and have made quite the difference in my continuing weight loss journey. Unfortunately, their customer service is extremely lack luster. As a lot of their business comes from online orders, you'd think that they would be on top of their game in maintaining proper records and making timely updates to customers files when contacted. I have move across the country two months ago and have contacted Ladyboss multiple times to change my shipping address but my subscriptions were still being sent to my old address. When I contacted the company further, they decided it was the shipping company's fault and told me to contact them (which got nowhere when I did). I sure hope they figure this mess out before another customer becomes alienated to this behavior.
Purchased the Lean cake flavor. Sickly sweet. I could have doctored it but the shake sent my blood sugars sky rocketing to over 300. I never go over 200 even if I have real cake. I felt nauseous and dizzy, which is usually my cue that there is a trigger in the product. And yes it contains maltol and cane sugar. Must be more than the microscopic amounts indicated in the FAQ. Just beware. The Glow was my free gift but when I returned the Lean shake they asked for it back. So I never tried it. Also had to pay shipping to return. So much for the guarantee.
I love the product, and the recipes. It has helped me lose 68 pounds.
I love Ladyboss. Excellent products and amazing customer service
For me there were two instances I felt like I wasn’t being heard by Lady Boss support. First, was when my monthly shipment of Fuel came clumpy and brown in color. I emailed support and they had another one sent to me—instructing me to throw out that first one— but then that one was also brown and clumpy with the same expiration date. I emailed support again about it, and they told me it “must have happened during shipping because the heat causes a color change” and left it at that. I cancelled my subscription of Fuel immediately and haven’t touched that bottle at all. Then last month I was delivered my subscription of two Glows, but was accidentally sent four. I emailed support about the extra containers and they let me know it was a mistake and to keep them. Then I opened one and it was terrible! It was definitely not flavorless and much more grainy than previous shipments. I opened a second of the four to compare and it was the same. Then I checked the expiration dates and all four were the same, so assumingely all from the same production batch. I emailed support about my concern and explained how I tried two of them but they were the same and all had the same date, and they responded with “throw away those two bad ones and keep the extra two that were sent to you as replacements for those.” Which I would have been happy to do if they weren’t all from the same batch and tasted the exact same. I tried using them but they made my shakes sour so I ended up throwing them out and my experience made me feel like I wasn’t being heard regarding the quality of all four containers rather than the two that were open. I ended up throwing them all out, which basically was a waste of my money and I’m pretty disappointed about it because I really enjoyed taking the Glow before. I’ve given a three star rating because although I’ve had some miscommunication with the support team, I have had successful interactions that were timely and helpful before these two instances.
Shakes are yummy. Enjoy the Facebook community and all the encouragement and new ideas. I use the greens and Glow. Feel like they are helping me. My weight loss has been slow but I’m getting there.
This is the first time I have ever tried this protein powder. It is out of this world 🌍. It really is so so good. I recommend it.
First time doing the 28 day challenge and it was a great first step to start living a healthier life. Making the foundation for this new life style . I normally would of gave up already. But this time I'm sticking to it and its because of the lady boss 4 . I love how they do state for the first week because it is all mental. Because you have to be determined and not just motivated and thats is all up to your mental state. Also consistency is key and that is what I learned during this challenge. I have lost 10 pounds in this 28 day challenge and this is the healthiest I have felt in so long and this is only the beginning! I give a big thanks to Kaelin and her lady boss team for creating this program !
I think the ladyboss lifestyle is awesome and when I saw this challenge I knew it would be worth it. Going through everyday with the coaches giving us inside and encouragement was great. And putting 7 days into learning each of the 4 pillars was sooooo good. Glad I did it - I will do it again!
