I have truly enjoyed the Lady Boss community for the past 3 years. I have also enjoyed the products, I hate to see that these products will no longer be available. I am still waiting on my order that I placed in May. I will leave another review after receiving the order.
Most of my order from over three weeks ago was missing when it arrived. The box it arrived in was far too small to have fit everything, so this isn't some sort of error on the shipping companies part. I cannot get a response back to resolve this issue. I’m likely going to have to file a dispute with payment service since I seem to be unable to find someone to fix it with ladyboss.
I haven’t received my merchandise yet it’s been a long time :( not even. Follow up

This company stole my money. I placed an order for 17 products and received one with no refund and not notifications. I completely understand why they are going out of business.

I never received my order, nor did I ever even get shipping confirmation. Attempted to contact support two weeks after Ofer, never heard back. Would at the least like to still receive my order, but if they won’t send it to me would prefer to get money back, not holding my breath for either though.
I placed my order over a month ago and my package hasn’t been shipped yet and I cannot get ahold of any support, I’ve emailed multiple times. Super bummed because I’m really wanting to start using the protein powder.

I only received one out of the many items that i ordered. I ordered $80+ worth and only received my bottle of rest which was only $4.94… where is the other $75 worth of my product at?? I have contacted customer service twice with absolutely no reply back in a month. And now am getting PayPal involved in which you told PayPal you had a tracking number… but your tracking number was only for ONE item out of my 25 items ordered. This is fraud at its lowest. Good job Kaylin Poulin. Hope you enjoy the free money cause per the BBB I’m not the only one you scammed.
I paid and did not receive my whole order abd it’s been a month
The girls that ate left in customer service are great. However, Kaelin is a joke. If you say the wrong thing on social media she blocks you like a child. She can't take any criticism at all. She fired basically her entire staff on short notice then wondered why people were upset about getting their orders two months later. She is not professional at all. Will never be buying anything owned by her anymore and no one ever should.
I absolutely love lady boss products and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great tasting protein product. I am very sad to see them closing and I don't know what I am going to do for my protein.
Zero stars. I purchased back on April 16 and still nothing. I sent emails to customer service and no response. UPDATE 6/13: Customer service replied to my recent email a couple of days ago and apologized for not receiving products purchased and that they are working on getting them shipped. So at this point it's just a waiting game. I'm just concerned that once the company closes and I don't get the items I purchased there won't be any way to get my money back. I do give them 2 stars for getting back to me and the person sending the email did sound sincere, will give them a chance. Will add another update.

Haven’t received my orders. It’s been over a month and I’ve been charged. Usually companies don’t charge you until it ships. No word from Ladyboss support either
I made this order along with another order over 4 weeks ago and have tried emailing twice with no answer other than an automated message stating I would receive a response in 7-10 days. I spent over $200 and still waiting for some kind of response of the packages.
I placed my order in the liquidation sale in April and it is now the end of may. I have not received a confirmation email, my order still says processing in the lady boss hub order tracking, but the money sure has been taken out of my account already!
