After trying MANY other brands I found the winner in LadyBoss not only is the Lean protein powder the best and her special flavors are amazing but her supplements Greens, Fuel, Recover,and the Glow taste great plus it helps me keep hydrated.

I ordered the lean protein powder and received supplements instead. I showed proof that my order was put in and charged for the protein drink and am expected to pay the return costs for the supplements I did not order. I love the way the protein powder tastes but will no longer be purchasing from them.

Even though I just got it I have not tried my drink yet waiting one more week , because of new meds I need to take.cant wait to start love the support team effort from all your users. I am a 59 year old looking for a new version of me. My eating habits are quite healthy so I feel I will benefit from this.

I was really excited to start the challenge but the coaches all act better than you. Then most times I want to post something on the page it gets denied then I’ll always see other posts similar that were approved. I didn’t get anything out of the challenge like I’d hoped. I’ve also bought about 6 different orders of stuff, because I do like the products but, if you aren’t getting auto renewal don’t expect anything extra. I don’t really feel valued as a customer and I don’t feel like I matter in the challenges so I probably won’t spend any more money on ladyboss lean.

I purchased the lean and the greens and haven't been able to try them yet. I am so excited to start tho as I have fibromyalgia and can hardly move let alone exercise I don't want gain any more as I weigh more now than I ever have even pregnant. If you have suggestions please help.

I just became a member of the Ladyboss Community and I absolutely love the support from all the ladies in tge Community and from the company itself. I've gone through the videos, looked at some recipes, and followed some of the women in the Community. With that said here is where I am feeling a little let down. Up front the email Customer Service Team is on point. They have helped me with all my questions, but I've only been a member for 4 days and I've had issues with my purchase. I have been going back and forth on purchasing from the company because of the price. I just could never afford it. Finally I have been able to really focus on my health and I'm in a better spot financially so I nervously made tge purchase. For the Complete Transformation and an add on of tge Greens my total was $360. I told myself ok you are worth this and relaxed. It is day 4 and business day 3 and I have sent two emails to the Customer Service Team because my order seems to be stuck in processing status. I was informed in my 1st email I would receive a tracking number within 48 hours. So I checked again and no tracking number. I sent another email which was answered promptly advising of an "internal error" in their system which caused my package not to ship and that I will receive a tracking number in 24 hours. I then have read so many reviews regarding the shipping issues and I am even more nervous than before. Why did my payment come out so quickly but there is an internal error in their system for shipping? Although the Customer Service is awesome and there is a very uplifting Community to reach out to, I am very concerned about purchasing products from them. I hope I actually receive my purchase because I also made other purchases the next day and there is no status for those. Im just at a loss as to why there are these issues and from the reviews I've seen its always the same response that there was an error in our system. That is very concerning to me because I am giving them my banking and credit card information and with these errors occurring how can I trust that my information won't be taken or if I do order again, how many times will I need to spend reaching out to make sure I get my product I'm charged for immediately upon purchase?

I have been apart of the Ladyboss community for a year now and I have gained so much knowledge about myself and how I see and talk to myself. This community is so much more than a way to lose weight they change fundamentally how you view yourself and others. It's so refreshing to have others who have the same challenges that you have and are there to lift you up rather than tear you down.

I love ladyboss and will always be a customer! A few things I noticed that I would like to see improve are consistency of posts allowed in the large community Facebook group and interaction with emails to support. For the facebook group, it seems like the rules are always changing and there is no consistency when it comes to if they are allowed or not. It would be nice to be let know what will and wont be allowed if something changes BEFORE I make a post and it gets declined. I have watched all the videos in the onboarding section and have had some posts declined that I thought were allowed and had been allowed before and I was left confused and upset. As for emailing customer support, it feels more like they are skimming my email and just sending what they THINK my question was about or what they assumed it to be. I've had multiple occasions where I didnt receive my order confirmation email/# and I emailed support to get it and they will just say "no worries! We got your order, you will receive your shipping email once its sent out. Then I've had to email again and they would send my shipping confirmation, and then I would have to email AGAIN to actually get my order confirmation. It has also happened where I asked for the BROWNIE BATTER lean recipe book and they just sent me the Vanilla lean book twice.

This product is amazing and I enjoyed it very much. It has helped me curb cravings and the booty boot camp works. Unfortunately, when I tried to cancel my membership, it would not let me. I stayed on the phone with customer service for hours and still, nothing. My online coach was lazy to get back to me when regarding this product. Which is another reason why I decided to drop my membership. She never sent out ladyboss promotion [i.e. stickers, car decals, etc.]. It was not motivating at all. I wanted to spread the word on how I achieved the way I look, to promote the product. I suggest that LadyBoss expands their careers to more than New Mexico and California. This way customer service would improve, more team members would be able to assist the growing demand of customers, creating customer loyalty more efficiently, and the product line becomes more recognizable. I will re-rate the product when the growing complaints are addressed and action is taken to benefit the consumers. As well as, rejoin the Lady Boss community.

Ok, you guys have a really big company and I know that!! We all know that if we have dealt with you in any form fashion or style. And your LEAN IS NOT CHEAP!! We all know that too! What most people I know that don’t like about your business is how you put such BIG RESTRICTIONS ON EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU BECOME A PAYING MEMBER!?? Not all of us can afford to be “LOCKED IN ON SUCH A PROGRAM!” But what upsets me is when we are told to “GET READY” for something that is fixing to happen, but we NEVER GET ANYTHING AT ALL IF WE ARE NOT PAYING THOSE MEMBER FEES!!?? 🤷‍♀️ I still buy from your company, AND PAY FULL PRICE FOR MY LEAN!! That should have SOME KIND OF PULL WITH THE COMPANY!!? I mean come on,!!? 🤷‍♀️ AND, the company should give us a two (2) package option on buying the lean!!?? Not everyone can afford 3, but one is just not enough sometimes!!? 🤷‍♀️But guess I’m done with saying what I don’t like! The lean is a great product, just let people enjoy everything!!

I totally recommend ladies to do the Live 28 Day Challenge at least once or many times to help keep your mindset in check and accountable in your journey. You learn so much here everyday and all the encouragement you get here and support is amazing! The coaches are so helpful and to jumpstart your journey for success

Lady Boss will be my forever shake. The taste is just beyond amazing. The customer service is helpful and I have never had an issue with delivery or refunds when needed. The ONLY issue I have with Lady Boss is the pricing. I would buy so much more for less. Over 80$ for 2 bags is just so pricey and unfortunately I don’t recommend it to as many people as I would love to be why hook someone on something and it’s not affordable. That’s the hard part. All my friends love my shakes and cookies and then go phew there’s no way we can afford that.
