I was pleasantly shocked with how well studied, presented, and executed the 28 day challenge was. Additionally the rotation of coaches was very helpful and insightful. My only criticism would be to keep the program more secular. Personally, invoking god’s name not only turns me off a product, because I feel like the individual is using god to sell something, but also potentially alienates LadyBosses who may not follow the same faith. I have no other criticisms, as this program is well created and takes the member’s health, comfort, and well being in mind. I love how quickly coaches and support will answer questions and offer encouragement. And building a community of women who support each other is absolutely fantastic!

Lady boss Lean supplement is everything that is claims to be. It really is delicious. It has so many wonderful ingredients to make up for our usual bad eating habits. LADY Boss Lean is my go to breakfast shake. Just add a teaspoon of peanut butter for a great dessert or snack and two cubes of ice. I have been able to loose 11lbs in just 2 weeks from these meal replacement shakes! I highly recommend!
We get our regular mail at our PO Box and we dont have a mailbox at our physical address. I order alot online and usually put both my physical address and my box # (my post office suggested that) it was my fault I didnt put the box # on when I ordered!
I was lied too about buy one get one free products. Was told I would get 2 bottles of burn free and then it wasn't shipped. I have used Ladyboss lean for 2 years and I love the products but I am very disappointed in the customer service and all the issues . I am considering trying to find something else if this cannot be resolved
Top notch customer service as usual. This company is so much fun. Between the shakes, clothes, supplements....very well done. The shakes taste amazing.
The taste of these shakes are the absolute best I have ever tasted. I drink 2 shakes a day ,and have lost 30 lbs. I throw a banana in and its like my favorite malt.
Becoming a part of this Ladyboss group has been a life changer for me! I have lost over 30 lbs from 192 down to 160 thanks to the delicious Ladyboss lean shakes!! I have never liked one as much as I do these! I love the support group and the coach’s are so amazing ! Plus the personal trainer app is a great way to continue to be successful! Thank you Ladyboss for being so kind and helpful!!! Now to lose the last 20 to get to my goal!!!
I have tried a product of Lady Boss in the past. The pre-workout. I really liked it. Today out of the random I received a call from Mandy @LadyBoss. She really listened , actually cared about what I had to say.We went over a plan ! Now I’m very excited to start my Ladyboss journey!

I wanted to sign up for the pocket trainer but accidentally somehow put different literature in my basket I called the tech team and spoke with a young lady that was able to remedy the problem. Before I was redirected to her a young man name Garrett patiently answered a slew of questions that I had and then was able to direct me to the person I ultimately needed to resolve my issue! Thanks for being kind and professional through the entire experience! Garrett is a role model for all employees working in Customer Service! You represent LadyBoss extremely well, they are lucky to have you!
The mocha cappuccino shake is my all time favorite! This one needs to be an all the time flavor.
