All I have to say it WOW... I am a certified trainer getting back to training and I was looking at this company for a long time and I have finally said oh well..Let me try this and I can honestly say...THIS IS GOODDDD!! Ok I am sold...I will become a member, this was after I tried the 3 day packs

Best shakes I have ever tried!!! So yummy and so many different ways to make them! The Community is amazing and very uplifting! Great Customer service!! My toddler is also obsessed with the New Kids Super Shake(It's amazing and I am jealous lol.).

I got the red velvet cake shake mix and the Vanilla cake shake mix is on the way. I am above impressed with the level of customer service from this company! I ordered the brownie flavor mix but they ran out of it and gave me my choice of 2 flavors to make up for it! EXCELLENT customer service! The flavor of the red velvet cake shake is yummy! I have tried both flavors and they both are excellent tasting! The flavors are so good with plenty of options so you don’t get tired of just using 1 flavor all the time. I Would definitely recommend this Lady Boss Lean!! I am still working on the consistency when made into a shake instead of a drink.

They didn’t sent me two out of 6 bags I ordered in a large bundle, called me a liar and told me I never ordered 6. Ignored me after I sent a picture of the packing slip. Facebook moderators delete any comment that suggests customer service doesn’t know their products or that your items weren’t shipped correctly. It’s a creepy cult following, bow down and sing our praises or we will delete your comments and remove you from the group. Yeah it took me reaching out 3 times to get a replacement order of what I paid for and did not receive. I had to call on the phone because your representative refused to respond to me any further via email because I said it’s not cute to call me a liar and say that she can’t see where I ordered 6 bags because she has no idea what was in the bundle. The fb admins do not provide any details, I had one message that couldn’t be posted with no comment and another that was deleted when I mentioned this issue in a polite manner but some how a girl posting a 1000 calorie dessert saying I deserve this in a group where women are trying to lose weight, that was okay. People should read the countless posts of women gaining weight when they added your protein shakes and the countless posts that complain about the taste of greens and flavor drops. Your company is like a cult and anyone who tells the truth gets deleted, it’s dishonest to prospective customers.

LadyBoss is amazing! Tastes great and the encouragement and support and energy make you feel like you can conquer anything!

Love the taste

I had sky high expectations when I finally decided to order this, after months of seeing the advertisements and reading reviews. I wholeheartedly believe this shake was going to blow me out of the water and taste, well, like a vanilla cake. Don't get me wrong, the shake is very good. The price is on par with comparable items so that is a plus. Overall, I am satisfied with the shake and I'm glad I tried it. HOWEVER. The rating is not for the product. It is for the company. While the customer service team is friendly and helpful, they are not perfect. I received several phone calls and texts before I'd made any commitment to a product from representatives I guess trying to get me to buy it. When I finally made a purchase, I had to try three times to enter the Facebook community even though my name and email address was the same. I was only in the Facebook group for a week before leaving because the admins and moderators are over the top with managing the page. On the one hand, it's nice that the admins manage the page and jump on issues very quickly. But many of us, like myself, have unique health issues and it's helpful to talk about it with other people who share the same issues, which doctors simply can't understand on a personal level. Posts like that will be taken down and you will be (kindly) told to go to your doctor, pay $30 and listen to them tell you that you need to "eat healthy" and come back in six months with bloodwork. That's not helpful. I thought this was a support group. I understand not spreading misinformation but people with these illnesses tend to know more than doctors do because they'd dealt with being their own advocate. Lastly, I have never had a subscription service that does not give me the courtesy reminder that I'm about to be charged for my upcoming order. I didn't want to cancel my membership but because I have now received three bags unexpectedly and charged without warning, I have no other choice. It's also difficult to cancel, I got talked into buying another product instead of cancelling when I told the rep on the phone I was having extreme financial issues because of my poor life choices. And is there no way to purchase the product without a membership? I reiterate that I would NOT be cancelling my membership if the auto-ship was more lenient. 1. No courtesy notification before you are charged 2. You are supposed to be able to postpone online but I was blocked from doing that and told I have to call and 3. No way to cancel or even take a break online, you have to call for that too. After my experience I would not completely write off the company but I would rather buy the product from Amazon because there are no strings attached. I know that LadyBoss has read my review, but I hope they can take my input seriously. It is not just out of frustration or emotion, I am in financial turmoil because I do A LOT of online shopping and I've seen a lot of business do stuff different ways. This practice is just not at all to be desired, especially for your average introvert.

Omg Iam super excited I just placed my order😍 Since I’m a new customer, I got me the 3 free sample packets 🙌🏻 Iam a honest person! I tried many meal replacements in the past, Sofar none has caught my attention nor taste buds lol I will be back to give my full honest review ☺️💯 to the person reading this my advice to you is, Always keep an opened mind, everyone has different taste, So don’t go in with high expectations! I made a purchase of lady boss lean. It turns out that the flavor I purchased was no longer in stock. Lady Boss’s customer service went above and beyond my expectation to make this right. They seriously have the best customer service. Quick responses to emails and have a solution for everything. And they don’t hesitate to make things right. Even if the mistake is on their end, they are quick to fix it and make it right. Plus the shakes are amazing!

I ordered the 3 free samples and just had to pay the shipping which was around $6. For the size of the packets that's a good price. However this did not taste like cake to me. This tasted like overly sweet royal icing. It had an artificial sweetener taste. This is supposed to be a meal replacement shake but I in no way was full after drinking it and I've tried many meal replacement shakes. I had high hopes for this considering I had been seeing it everywhere but was disappointed.

The 28 day challenge was quite the journey! What an amazing group of women and Kaelin Along with the coaches give you everything you need to succeed at this. It’s amazing how many beautiful women you can meet and a challenge that are so inspiring and encouraging. This entire challenge help me to find me again. I cannot say enough things about this other than if you’ve ever thought about doing it, do not hesitate anymore! Do it! They give you all the tools you need to succeed!

I am so excited to be a part of such a great program. Kaelin went over and above by offering the free 28 Day Challenge and adding all the support and encouragement from the coaches that is needed to succeed. This company doesn't just give you a product, take your money, and say "have a great day". They give you FREE access to people and programs for almost a month to actually help you make a change in your current lifestyle. They say it takes 21 days to break a habit. Well, they are helping you for 28 for FREE. They genuinely care about their customers. I dont know where else you can get that. The products are soooo delicious. I've never had anything even come close. If you are at a point in your life where you don't know where to turn, trust me, turn to Lady Boss!!!

I absolutely love everything about lady boss from the taste of the products to how fast it comes in the mail to the 28 day live challenge and all the live coaches!!!!! Even though I have inspired my mom a family friend and my son to all start drinking it & to start living better lifestyles!!!! I would absolutely most definitely recommend lady boss products!!!!!!!

I hated the lady boss lean protein for women all-in-one shake. Even the 1 star was too much. I hated it. Absolutely discussing taste. I got sick from it, vomiting for the whole day, and was dizzy for 2 days. Unfortunately, I can’t return and get my money back since I tried it outside of the 30 day return policy and was stuck With this crap. I called to see if there would be anything the representative can do, but she just said sorry “just discard it” but “can’t do Anthony.” I am very disappointed and I waisted my $108. I threw away the unopened bottles of the supplements and the bag of the shake with just 1 scoop used. Trash is truly where they belong.

Definitely the best tasting meal replacement shake ive ever had! I was skeptical about ordering lady boss at first, but after 7 months of always seeing it on facebook, I finally decided to try it and it was the best decision Ive made! I can already tell a difference and its only day 4. 100% recommend!

Gross processed garbage..they are not a good company. If you want a really good protein, fewer carbs 1.5 to 3 grams of carbs, low calories , a lot of vitamins, go with ideal lean, a big canister of protein powder is $29. They have wonderful flavors and they keep you full. This company is not a good company to deal with. He'll NO I will not try it again. Gross

This is the first time that I tasted your product. I am blown away at how good it tastes. Other companies claim that there product is so good, and then when you get it you can't even stomach it. But this stuff right here is the real deal. I eagerly await to see how it helps me with my weight loss journey. I'm very happy.

The 28 Day Challenge was a success!! It gave me hope, self-worth, self-love and so much confidence I never thought I’d ever have! Horrible product with even worse customer service!!!! This product is filled with HORRIBLE things for your body, LadyBoss should be ashamed at some of these products. 🤨. They do not stick by their guarantee. Their customer service is a joke and extremely rude. While their flavored shakes are tasteful, they do not have good ingredients in them. They also change ingredients and don’t tell people on auto ship and some people are allergic or have certain sensitivities. I have so many bags of This LadyBoss lean that they won’t accept back due to my sensitivity to whey and other products in their shake mixes. I recently noticed this in a recent purchase that was illegally and wrongfully charged on my CC and less then 12 hours after the purchase tried to cancel the order and was told that they can not cancel it, that I have to wait and return it once it’s finally mailed and received. I did not purchase the items and explained the distinction and they still refused. I have proof my CC has been fraudulently used and still they do not care. I am BEYOND upset! Do not put this crap in your body. Research every single ingredient and see how horrible it is for your body. It’s also loaded with sugar or sugar substitutes that are bad for you which is why it taste better then most shakes. I promise you that Ladyboss does not drink this shake herself is she knows how badly these products are. The vanilla cake lean, which is the only available flavor for adults 24/7, it doesn’t taste very good at all and it’s horrible for you. I say stay away from LadyBoss Lean and try something that’s actually good and healthy for you 310 Nutrition or Shakeology. Edit. They are liars. I have PROOF OF ILLEGAL CHARGES and yet they still refuse and “claim” IP address yeah right, I don’t believe that for a second, not to mention their are people that hack your computers when an email is opened get your information and then use all of that information as well as buy things and create things off your IP address. I know this as a fact due to my brother working for the Science data team at an local High up authority agency, one at which I can not say publicly due to safety percussions they take. I am telling this company I did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE and they want to argue with me and not cancel? Who wants to do business with a company like that???
