No issue with the product. But I sent them and email and they have not replied. While checking out I received an upgrade promo to add an additional package of protein with this order it would upgrade me to free shipping. That did not happen I still paid shipping.

I really enjoy the products and the community they have created. It has been fun being a Ladyboss. The company is listening to it's customers and have expanded their selection of items as well. I'm very happy I found this company.

I love the Lady Boss protein and it usually arrives in about 5-7 days after order!!

I love the product. I am happy with the customer service. I dislike the customer interface where I can purchase products, manage memberships, and pretty much anything to do with lady boss.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM LADYBOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: This was from an order in May that I returned in June and not the product that was returned June 28. There were 2 orders, one I received a refund for and the other where I have not. UPDATE 2: DO NOT BUY FROM LADYBOSS!!!!!!!! I purchased 2 bags of the shakes in May. I returned them and have yet to receive a refund. LADYBOSS CONTINUES TO REFUSE TO REFUND ME. So now they have 2 unopened bags of shakes and my $90 and probably have already resold the 2 bags that I sent back. They have terrible customer service and will not refund me what is rightfully mine. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, did a dispute with my credit card and other things to try to get my $90 back. This company is a joke. Returned my product in June and still haven't received a refund...2 months later. Now they have the product and my money. I plan to write a review on BBB and contacting the Ohio Attorney General. I am never purchasing LadyBoss Kaelin Poulin products again. Their products tasted pretty decent but their customer service and nonstop sales calls are ridiculous. So much easier just to go buy my protein shakes at the store (and cheaper too!!!!)

This was my first challenge and ive just signed up for another one. The coaches were great and we had great squad members who made this an unforgettable experience. Id recommend this for everyone to do at least one challenge!

I have never had a such an outstanding experience like the one i have with this company, product and there friendly support team. I always feel listened to and valued by the LB team. I feel like this is a full circle program with realistic goals I can actually see myself reaching. The Lady Boss program is attainable, affordable and flexible. If you let the Angels, coaches and fellow lady bosses guide you, I can almost guarantee results. My biggest push is for you to honestly give the 28 day challenge a shot. Get your bag of lean and the free package that goes with it. ( most important is that 28 day challenge that will light that fire inside you.. You can even order a free sample pack that also the 28 day challenge. I don't mean to sound like I am selling it, but its the last program I will ever need. If I fall I get back up. I'm a newbie myself with so much to learn. I know I'm learning with like minded ladies too...

I really wanted to try to the protein, but I had a closet full of a different brand so I figured I'd join the community and learn, and then when I was done with the other brand I would buy LadyBoss. I really enjoyed the 28-day challenge and I liked starting the journey with the four parts. The concept of LadyBoss was really great in the beginning. Then I had to leave the community. The "experts" who respond online post wrong, if not dangerous, information about the product. They tell women that it's a meal replacement by itself when there are not nearly enough calories to be so. Sure you could have just a shake for a meal IF you were also eating everything you needed to in the day. They end up encouraging women to eat way too little, which is not how the program was originally supposed to be set up. When I would try to point out that it was not enough food, I was contradicted and told I was wrong. It got to the point where the advice was so often dangerous that I was having anxiety trying to help women learn the real habits as I understood them from the founder (no food is off limits, the blocking method, getting enough of everything). I also think it is a TERRIBLY UNDERHANDED business model to only release a limited amount of every flavor. The quantities are so limited that you cannot get it if you are not a member, spending a ton of money. Just watch all of the comments around a flavor release and it's just not something I could associate myself with anymore. I am still using the same protein I was before my go with LadyBoss. It's also marketed for women but they are very transparent with everything they do and I'm much happier supporting that business.

It would be helpful to see a list of flavors of shake mixes. My daughter and I have both received flavors we didn't realize we ordered. We kept them but money is tight and we can't afford to accidentally end up with something we are not ready for. Otherwise it is a great product.

Love the products I have been using them for 2 wks and can see a big difference and the support staff is amazing
