Great company, always good to be reliable on the first purchase. Never heard of Kub Direct before so was a little sceptical at first, but when my order arrived, it was a good sign there was nothing to worry about. Emails with receipts/purchase orders just aren’t enough these days and it’s nice to see a company deliver.

Very happy with the purchase of kub cot. Delivery within a week. Cot itself great modern design, nice quality, putting up straight forward. Mattress slightly too firm but overall would definitely recommend.

Easy ordering, kept in contact via email as mattress was dispatched separately to the cot. Excellent product, easy to put together.

Ordering and speed of delivery was good, it was fairly straightforward to build the chair and imagine it will be very comfortable to use. Was disappointed the delivery driver left the box on doorstep (blocking the doorway) and wouldn’t bring it inside, let alone to room of choice. It clearly says the package is heavy (23k) and needs two people to lift - so not ideal for a pregnant person (which I’d imagine is a lot of Kub’s customers).

Easy to order, super speedy delivery and amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend and use again. Price of item was the main factor we used Kub and very glad we did.

The item is good but the delivery was very poor. I was told a window for delivery, which was key as I was away before this. I received a text saying the item would be delivered the next day and options to delay, to Monday, which I chose. The item did not turn up on Monday. A neighbour knocked on my door. They had been written at 5am Sunday morning from the delivery. Not only was this not as scheduled it is very anti social. My poor neighbour took in the heavy item and I drive trying to pick it up. Since complaining about this too kub who said they would look into it, and having guy the third party delivery company involved, I've not heard anything back in months.

It came quickly & delivered to just inside my front door because it was heavy. It’s a fantastic rocking chair 🪑 Keeps me supple because I have to work my legs to rock & the rocking keeps my back moving so I don’t stiffen up after sitting. Recommend it for anyone who has joint problems

Incredible customer service from Emma at Kub, I have never been made to feel more special and important by a brand. What Emma did for us whilst I was in floods of hormonal tears I doubt will ever be rivalled by another company- thank you so very much!
