Ordered a rocking chair for my daughter in law it said delivery was 5-7 days but she received it after two days of ordering. She absolutely loves it and so does her husband best gift for a mum to be.

Absolutely love this chair. My partner found it easy to assemble. Clear instructions too. So comfy and really helped my back in the final weeks of pregnancy. I know this will be super comfy when breastfeeding.
Customer support is excellent. I contacted them when I had a problem placing the order, and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. In two days, I received my purchase.
Delivery service was good. Product itself is just ok. Bought it when it was reduced to half price, if I’d paid full price I’d have been very disappointed. Quality isn’t great and instructions weren’t great. Overall, it’s fine for the price I paid and will serve its purpose. Can’t fault the service, just a very honest review of the product.

This was my first purchase from kubdirect. I bought a mothercare nursing chair from kubdirect. It was a good price, or so I thought. I got suspicious when the package arrived and the box was in poor shape, with holes in places and looking like it had been either thrown about a lot and/or used before. When I opened the box to put the chair together it confirmed what I thought. Plastic bags containing parts had been re-taped up (in mismatching tape for some reason!) and there were some minor but clear cosmetic defects where presumably it had been bumped about a bit. Hardly the end of the world given (I think) we got it at about 40% off the going price but the deception of not mentioning that this was an open box product means I wouldn't use the retailer again or recommend them.
