She went out of her way to help resolve my issue, she was so helpful, friendly & professional and a CREDIT to the Kuby company. Fantastic quality and good delivery service. I bought one from Kub as you know the old saying, “buy cheap, buy twice”. I wanted quality, plus it’s not overly expensive and perfect for my 3 under 3.

I cannot fault Kub Direct, products are great and their customer service second to none!! I had a couple of queries regards delivery due to various strike actions at time of ordering, response time exceeded my expectations and provided more than sufficient information. I felt Emma, who dealt with my queries went above and beyond and deserves a mention in this review! Thank you Kub and thank you Emma, I will be buying from you again.

Bought a kub chair for nursing and its great. Rocks nice put together well and is comfy. Only problem is that it squeaks!

My order was delivered really quickly and although there was a minor fault with the product, customer services dealt with it promptly and sent a replacement part which was easy to change. Overall I was totally satisfied.

A fabulous chair. Bought as a gift for my daughter with a newborn. It came much quicker than advertised and the assembly was straightforward, not much to do at all.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, their customer service was amazing! They helped a desperate pregnant lady out in replacing cushions on a nursing chair, with compassion and kindness! I got replacement cushions made for my chair after ruining them for a really amazing price and within a week!

Exceeded expectations on all levels. Arrived well before the 5 -7 working days advertised. The quality of the wood and cushioning is very good. The rocking mechanism is pre-assembled. Putting it together was simple and easy. And finally very comfortable to mum and dad and puts the little one to sleep in no time.

Chair is great but would have been nice if there were instructions on how to assemble.

Excellent product, well packaged and at a great price. Only improvement would be better comms, as from placing the order to delivery, I only received the one confirmation email and then a text on the morning of delivery… about 20 minutes before it arrived. :-)

Ordered chair payed for chair chair got delivered built chair now the chairs is in Great Grandaughter’s bedroom looking lovely.everything was great .
