Excellent Customer Service! Within half an hour of my enquiry about an out of stock Tuff Tray, I received a reply confirming that my item was available again to order. I placed my order (still at offer price) and 2 days later it had been dispatched. A really friendly and helpful email exchange between myself and the lady in Customer Service, thank you! It was for my granddaughter's 1st birthday yesterday & we can see she is going to get a lot of use out of it over the years!

Product was just what we wanted for our 1 year old granddaughter small tough tray / table to put her small world toys on to play with standing up x also trays sides are deep enough to explore dried pasta or water play tray can be used on its legs or placed on the floor x

If I could give six stars, I would! We ordered a cot with mattress and a nursing chair, and Emma has gone above and beyond to make the whole experience fun and stress-free, in spite of me changing my mind about colours part way through causing extra cost and work for her. The cot and chair are beautiful, and at eight months pregnant, the nursing chair is one of the few places I'm truly comfy. Therefore, I'm already enjoying it and can't wait to sit here with our little one soon. Thank you again, Emma!
After a delayed start, due to strikes.chair lost, kub really stepped up and a new chair ordered and delivered within 24 hours, customer service worker Emma many thanks, outstanding work
Received chair late, with loads of damage - when attempted to return it they advised I needed to take further time off somit could be collected - still no functioning chair 1 month after order. Avoid this company and there products.

This product is a Christmas present for my grandson, so I am unable to comment on the durability of the product itself at this time. Hence, only giving 4 stars. Opened the package to check all items were there and that they were not broken. Looks robust enough to withstand a toddler of 18 months.
