It was as comfortable as it looks. I am a full time carer for my mother of 85 she has late stages dementia. She has always loved rocking chairs. But the conventional rocking chairs are bulky and take a lot of space and are extremely expensive. Your chair is very robust and neat easy to put together and my mother loves it and it gives her great pleasure. Please do not look at your chair as only a nursing chair. It has made my mother very happy and consequently myself. It is a terrible disease but your chair has given her pleasure thank you Regards Diana

Easy to order and arrived within days. Very happy comfy . Happy daughter just waiting for baby now .

Chair arrived with broken spindle. Had to wait for a replacement. Chair is very squeaky and the stool spindles didn’t fit very easily. One of the poppers on the arms is dented so you can pop the cushion on fully.

Had an issue with delivery company, however Emma at customer service contacted myself and could not do enough to amend the situation. Customer service above and beyond excellent. Will definitely shop from them again.

As described - good tuff tray (hexacle). Good flat surface doesn’t bend. Stand easy to out together. Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked vs other brands/online shopping averages but was happy to wait for the sale price.

Great price for the Haldon nursing chair that was not only super easy to assemble (I was putting this together at 40 weeks!) but that is also very comfy. Wrong chair delivered, but Emma quickly sorted pickup and delivery of new one so it was the warehouse that lost a star. Chatsworth chair looks good in my living room and although I’m too fat for it (have to undo the padding at the side to allow it to recline) it’s comfortable. 50% off in sale plus NHS discount so fantastic price.

Purchased the meadow rocking chair which I personally did not get on with. I found the seating position tipped me too far forward. Raised this with Kub who were very understanding and organised a suitable replacement which is much better. Kub products are very well packaged, well made and will clearly last for years. Their customer service (Emma) on this occasion went above and beyond

Delivery was prompt rocking chair parts were wrapped securely within the box There was clear instructions on how to assemble the rocking chair and stool the screws were attached to inards of box in a small bag which had a piece of red string affixed to box. Well done 5/5

Very happy with the service and the mattress I ordered. Mattress was delivered to my neighbour which saved me having to rearrange/ collect. My daughter’s sleep has improved since switching from her cot mattress to this toddler one. Would recommend.
