The chair makes noise . When I got in touch with the web chat team , no response . Also the chair is small so difficult to nurse with the baby .
we bought a rocking chair a couple months later we had some problems with screws fell off and went missing as well as a broken part and the service we got was unbelievable they where amazing responded quick and sent us the parts free of charge amazing customer service thank you

Original mattress dipped in the middle. After posting a review about this. I was sent a replacement mattress. This one has not dipped. Impressed with excellent customer service.
Product is fabulous and looks stunning in the baby's room. Really well built and not too challenging to put together My only issue was with delivery paid for expedited so expected it to arrive in 2 days but actually took 5. Product really is lovely
I ordered a nursing-rocking chair from KUB, which provided better value than a couple of other retailers selling the same product. Overall, I am happy with the product, which provides a little head support, however, perhaps being on a carpet it doesn't rock as easily as I had expected unless I push. Also, when my husband was putting the chair together, he noticed one of the parts was labelled incorrectly and needed to begin assembling it again. Hopefully, this was a one off. Otherwise, this is a good product.

The item came missing with some nuts and bolts however they were replaced by the company but the the arm of the chair keeps getting loose i have to continuously tighten the nut every couple of days!
