Emma from the customer care team was ridiculously helpful. I emailed them to say that 7-10 working days was the only option they had for shipping, and it wouldn't work for us, as we needed a new mattress sooner. Emma spoke to the warehouse directly and got them to do Express shipping. No extra charge. The mattress arrived within 2 days, which fitted perfectly in the time frame we had to move our little one to his new room. Thanks, All! Also, Emma should get a raise for sure.

The product was amazing really pleased with it. Unfortunately it was the delivery that let the service down. The item was not delivered during the time frame given and so no one was home. The item was left outside the front door which is obviously not very secure.
