I have received a wrong mattress (substantially cheaper than the one we purchased). As soon as I sent an e-mail the customer service promptly and kindly arranged collection of the wrong mattress and sending of the correct mattress. The collection went smoothly however our mattress was not delivered when promised so I had to write again. Again, customer service chased this to realize it was missed from the shipment so they arranged a quick delivery. Weekend came and we have put together a cot and opened the mattress to use it - only to realize we received (yet again!) a wrong (substantially cheaper and not as good quality) mattress. Although I was happy with customer service I can not give more than one star at this point in hope that we will eventually get the product we payed for. However the time wasted can not be returned. We were supposed to build the cot last weekend and had to postpone due to the messed up shipment only to realize now we still can not use it :(((

Nicely packaged. Slight problem with aligning screws. Main complaint is that the rocker itself is small. I am less than 5 ft but I found that with the back cushion in plave, I was pushed too far forward and the centre of gravity of the chair was in the wrong place. Also it didn't rock very much.

Great price offered for a product that would have otherwise been outside of my price range. Product easily assembled with all the right parts and instructions. Delivery faster than advertised which suited us.

A simple process for ordering and delivery.

Have just assembled the Kub heart rocking chair and I would say that it is definitely cheap and rubbish. Some of the holes were misaligned and you kinda need to just put all the screws in really lightly and then pull it all together. Once assembled it tips you quite far forward as the centre of gravity is in the wrong place. Can imagine this would be worse if you were holding a baby. My son summed it up perfectly by saying that it was designed by someone who has seen a picture of a chair but never used one.

The Tuff Tray arrived quickly and is sturdy and practical.

Looking for a glider chair for my pregnant daughter. Good selection of chairs and colours. Easy to order, delivered sooner than advertised in excellent condition. I am told it was easy to assemble.
