I realised that I have not pasted their review (from Q1/Q2 2019) as got busy with life but was going through my accounts and found the £3,000 + VAT they charged us for a nanny who left in a week!!! and then could not offer any proper replacements who would match/accept our offer (even though we agreed to amended our requirements to make it to more amenable) Firstly, their whole process is shambolic - you have to sift your numerous CVs, interview candidates - often at times, these candidates do not have any childcare experience whatsoever and there has been no vetting process at all on whether these candidates are serious. After a tedious process that went on an on for a few weeks, we hired a girl who was clearly using this to launch her London life / touring here. She left after a week crying that she was never sure of doing nanny work!! Then came the replacement process which was equally pointless - they have NO refund policy even though nanny has left us high and dry in a week's time through no fault of our own. So we went through this process for a few weeks but to no success - this was taking so much time that it had started impacting our day jobs and we eventually gave up and found a nanny through another more agency employing local nannies So the summary of the story is that we had a nanny for a week which cost us close to £4k and we have wasted countless hours interviewing candidates who have not been vetted/screened properly and hours on the phone with this agency trying to get our refund back!! We will suggest you are much better off using a local agency and not falling for this scam

Like the review below we had a nanny from Kiwi Oz who was described as an *exceptional candidate *. We, stupidly, hired her after several interviews on skype. This cost us £3,000 plys VAT in fees. She arrived and quit after 5 weeks. Nice girl actually just uncommitted to nannying. She used us as a launchpad into London life. I was left without childcare, 3 kids, a full time job in tye city and untold stress. I actually lost my job as a direct result of this time. We were offered replacements but the candidates werre more than useless. We were offered a florist (any childcare credentials? Why would she need them), a girl who turned up so hungover she vomited during the interview, a hospital poter, countlesd useless CVs of girls who had no childcare experience whatsoever. These were our replacements for a full time live in nanny on FULL salary (25k plus a year). Au Pairs are often more qualified. We were accused of being fussy. In the end we found our own nanny who had 20 years experience in nurseries and a degree in early childcare, and had to step this sad excuse for a nanny agency down. Then we tried to recover our money. The boss, karen, repeatedly failed to return our calls. I only got her to reply to an email after we wrote a solicitor's letter. They still refused to return our money. We are in the process of taking them to a small claims court. Their incomplete lack of care was unsurpassable. Their "nannies" they offered as a replacement were unspeakably awful... A suitable replacement for a nanny is someone with childcare experience, not barmaids, hospital porters, florists or alcoholics. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This is a scam. Also caveat emptor... All good reviews on here are from girls who got jobs, none from the hard working parents who pay the fees.

You were amazing from the start of my journey to finding me a job with the most amazing family. I recommend you to families and people looking for work. The social gatherings were surprising but so good in meeting new people!

Great support when things got a little difficult. Helped me find the family of my dreams to work for! I would love to have had a bit more face to face with the staff and the way the website is formatted is not overly user friendly. However, I would return to KiwiOz in the future and overall had a wonderful experience with them. Thank you for your help ladies!

I was so glad that I chose KiwiOz nanny agency when I first moved to London. Their website was easy to work while looking for a job and they were always there to help. When I had troubles within my job, Teagan was always one call away, even after I was no longer with the family. She had great advice and ensure that I was supported. They put on social events so when first starting out in London it allows you to meet likeminded people in a social setting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

There are a, lot of truly horrific agencies out there. Thisine far surpasses them all as the most disturbing. They were rude insulting and downright offensive in every imaginable way and unprofessional. The staff were bitchy and had some real personal issues and extremely nasty. I do not think they are fit for ourposecand tgeir agency discriminates and should not be operating on uk soil given their views.
