Kiwioz were fantastic and keeping me informed and preparing me for beginning a role as a nanny (having never done it before). I stayed with the family for 2.5years and there were different challenges along the way. Knowing I could contact Kiwioz for support reassured me and I was given some great advice for dealing with various situations that arose. I would say that at times it wasnt always clear who to contact as my initial consultant left and I didnt know so when I rang for advice the next time it did take a bit to find a new point of contact but once sorted i never had any issues again. Would highly recomment Kiwioz and would definitely use them in the future!

Just great. From the moment I sent the enquiry email to the (short time later) we found our nanny, the service was efficient, considered and bespoke to our needs. It’s a great support and comfort to have help with a nanny induction and all the admin. Felicity was brilliant and it’s nice to have someone checking in / point of contact at anytime. Friendly, positive and can-do. Not sure we ever had the ‘full picture’ and, frankly, we found the fee to be eye watering. However, we needed someone desperately and they found us a good match, when five other agencies couldn’t. Will definitely use again.

So amazing and helpful!! as soon as I sent in an application I was emailed back about it to organise an interview. The day after I arrived in the UK I was in their office talking to one of the lovely agents and by the afternoon I had lots of potential jobs in my inbox by 5 different agents all trying to help me get interviews and secure the position I wanted!

Produced a good collection of candidates and very helpful support with the process. If, as happened to us, nanny leaves after a relatively short period for a change of direction, they do not offer much of a discount on their rate to supply a replacement.
