I have used KiwiOz to find both permanent and temporary nannies for my children. On every occasion, they have been helpful, efficient and conscientious, and every candidate they have sent to me has proved to be really polite, reliable, and most importantly adored by the little ones. I have used KiwiOz 3 times and have always received excellent candidates. All the girls I have employed have remained with me for 2 years or longer if their visas permit. The candidates are always very presentable, really friendly with a strong work ethic and mine have easily become part of our family. KiwiOz, in particular Claudia Todd, a live out team leader, provide a seamless service and work extremely hard to ensure that the right match is found for your family. She is trustworthy, reliable and provides honest good advice which is rare in the competitive nanny industry! Claudia also bothers with her clients long after you have employed your nanny to make sure things are running smoothly and if they aren't she assists. KiwiOz also look after their candidates well and provide that much needed support when candidates are far from home and their own families. I would have no reservations recommending them if you are looking for the perfect nanny!
Excellent Agency! I have been registered with KiwiOz Nannies for many years and have to say they are by far my favourite Nanny Agency in London. They have helped me so much during these past years of Nannying. Over the years I have Nannied full-time & part-time / permanent & also temporary. I have been placed with amazing families & the KiwiOz team have always done their best to help me find work best suited to me & make sure that I am happy with the families I get placed with. I have a lot of friends / family who have used KiwiOz in the past & who would highly recommend them too. We all agree that the team at KiwiOz are lovely to deal with, friendly & super efficient too. Our fantastic nanny Sophie came to us via Jana at KiwiOz. Sophie's a total star and Jana did an excellent job in both listening to our needs and supplying appropriate candidates. We've also used the KiwiOz temporary nanny service as well when Sophie was on leave and all our temp nannies did a great job covering. Would be 5 stars but there's a bit too much overstatement of candidate skills on KiwiOz CVs. Suggest dialing it down to avoid disappointment!
KiwiOz Nannies was recommended to me by a fellow mum who found her fantastic nanny through them. I was apprehensive of leaving my baby with anyone but I was put at ease immediately by the staff at KiwiOz. Their attention to detail with regards to finding out all about my LO and her needs/routine/likes and dislikes made my return to work much less scary. Our KiwiOz nanny is now part of the family and my daughter is always thrilled when she arrives in the morning. She is flexible and helpful and always responsive to any concerns that I or my husband have. Our LO has also come on so much since she has had one to one time with her nanny and I love how happy she is whilst I am at work.

I used KiwiOz Nannies recently to recruit for a live-out nanny. I was extremely pleased with the service given to me and managed to find a suitable nanny in a very short period of time. She has turned out to be an absolute gem and my daughter loves her. KiwiOz have also just started a nice little playgroup on a Tuesday morning which is a good thing your nannies can take the kids along to during the week.
Kiwi Oz nannies were excellent. Takes the hassle out of returning to work and really are able to advise and find high calibre nannies. The amount paid to secure a Nanny however is high, hence the 4 stars, but not out of line with other well respected nanny agencies
I found the agency really helpful, the girls that work there are super nice and happy to answer any questions that I had. I was placed with my new job really quickly the whole thing was really fun and easy, they also have a network of other nannies to keep in contact with which makes moving to a new country really easy.
Kiwi oz has been amazing! I have had lots of trouble finding work in london since moving over from Australia and everytime Kiwi Oz has been so helpful. Even now , I am working for a family through KiwiOZ any issues my consultant Miriam is more than happy to help.
KiwiOz have placed me in the three Nanny roles I have worked over the past four years. I have always found the team to be incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable during the interview process, with Julia even providing interview coaching when I was looking for my first position. Even after accepting a role the team are still available for guidance and support if you need it. I also really appreciate the social events the agency plan, nannying can be lonely work, but I've made so many friends through KiwiOz events, which makes arranging playdates so much easier.

Superb service; professional, informative, great candidates and we have the best nanny ever! Their placement fee is quite but for the truly outstanding service you get it’s worth every penny.
Very expensive and most people stay one year or less. They don’t care who they send to you and blatantly exaggerate a candidate’s experience. 2 nannies we hired both confirmed their profiles oversold their capabilities. They are not really a nanny agency but an agency that sells anyone who is prepared to look after children a nanny role. Look elsewhere if you want a real nanny. We were given a nanny whose references were not checked and one whose DBS check name differed from their passport. They simply don’t really care.
I had such an amazing experience with the lovely ladies from Kiwi Oz, they were super supportive and on the ball with helping me find my perfect role! Can't thank them enough for making my nanny experience so easy!
