This was by far the best tasting experience I have had at any distillery. The ethos of Kinrarra gin shines and is so apparent in the way they present and offer their tasting. It is refreshing in today’s age of mass production and commercialism to see a product sourced so purely and directly, delivered with a quaint homey feel. The setting in the Cairngorms is lovely. The tasting room and shop itself are beautifully appointed. And the gin (my personal favorite the Caper) was the best I’ve ever had. I so enjoyed Lorna’s company and appreciate her knowledge of the gins and their appropriate pairings and for all around being a wonderful warm and insightful host. Thank you Lorna for a delightful and delicious visit (and for area recommends) and for sharing your exceptional gin, exquisite land and kind fellowship. I hope to return soon.

Very welcoming and informative gin tasting. Ladies who run this place know their stuff and the gin is amazing. Love the artwork on the Bottles and stunning views from distillery.

The tasting session at Kinrara was really enjoyable,nice mix of history of company, flavour profiles, tastings and the host Lorna brought in local stories and knowledge. One of us was tasting and the other was driving but felt included overall.

What an amazing place! I brought my friend here for the tasting session. She had travelled from Australia and was blown away by the experience. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, fun and friendly and the gin was beautiful. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Partner and I visited after a hike in the Cairngorms National Park, nice and close to that! It's a great little distillery that offers a tasting menu and is perfect for after a hike. Gave us a bit of insight into their process and definitely give the sweet gin a try!

Trish was our gin tasting guide and was amazing throughout. Her knowledge about the history of the company, down to the production and ingredients of the gin were inspiring. Every ingredient was spoken about in detail, thereafter she explained all the ingredients used to make every single gin that were sampled. Truly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it highly to anyone around the area. Will definitely revisit the gin distillery again as the gins are as amazing as the whole experience.

Great service, quick delivery and unbelievably delicious gin! There was a glitch in the external site through which your order is processed so my order of 2 bottles was reduced to one, but Kinrara contacted me as soon as I got in touch and I’m sure we’ll resolve - thank you!

We booked a gin experience with Trish. She was absolutely amazing, gave us tons of information and could answer every question we had. Even if I don't drink myself, I had a great time. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the gin and we brought some back home. Absolutely recommend.

We visited the distillery towards the end of August for the Gin Tasting Experience. We were greeted by two members of staff who made us feel most welcome (I think it was Trish and Sophie). We really enjoyed the gin tasting and learning about the distillation process. Overall it was a great couple of hours in a beautiful location. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

I went yesterday and had an amazing and educated couple of hours tasting the different gins and different tonics. Trish was lovely and she even ran into the distillery to find the answer to someone’s question, it is a brilliant experience if you are in the area do not miss it. Bought three different bottles amazing gins and artistic bottles.

We had such a wonderful time here! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as great gin. Cannot recommend this enough!! They even have a nice set up so drivers feel included which I very much appreciated.

This is a great little gin company. They make a quality product which is delightfully presented if you are lucky enough to book in for a tasting session. Lorna gave us great information and a lovely hour tasting some great gin. Kinrara is a very small craft distillery but they do this extremely well and deserve great success.

Trish at Kinrara made this gin tasting a lovely experience, a very knowledgeable guide. We have tried Kinrara gins before, but the tasting was a great way to explore the different flavours and try different combinations of tonics too. I got to try quite a few unique tasting gins, while my husband got a miniature and Fever tree tonic to take away. We bought three bottles to take away, but could have bought more, we'll just need to go back.

Our host was really lovely and went over and beyond to welcome us. The gin was absolutely delicious, the place was beautiful and we really enjoyed the whole tasting experience! Would definitely recommend!

Lorna, our host was absolutely fantastic. The tasting experience was really informative and she brought it to life with her own foraging tales. The gins were delicious and the shop and tasting area have been done to a very high standard. The drivers package was also really good. Really great value for money.
