Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
Very pleased with my lightweight trolley. I still can’t believe that something so light and compact can open up into a bag which holds so much! Delivery was fantastic and the trolley arrived in 2 days. Thank you.

Aftercare from Karabar is excellent and this complaint was quickly resolved Poor quality, large suitcase used once and wheel destroyed. Took on one trip and there was hole in the base of the case when I got home. Wouldn't recommend
Bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She will love the rich pink colour. It is truly excellent.The case is well made and at a brilliant price. Couldn’t believe it came with free postage as well. What a bargain.

I bought these washable face masks after reading negative reviews about them on a popular selling site. They said the masks were so thin they wouldn't protect you. I have asthma so find it hard to breath with a mask on and thought these sounded great. They have obviously changed the way they make them since then, they were disappointingly good quality! Normal people will still find them light and breathable. They are a good fit and lovely style. My search continues for a poorer quality mask that might not protect me but will allow me to breathe better.
Great product but useless delivery company.
I bought one of their products from Amazon - 2 pieces of luggage. The big one, had one of its wheels smashed due to mishandling from the airport staff, so I contacted Karabar customer support via Amazon customer service (as the luggage was still under warranty). I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and they responded within an hour or so. By Tuesday lunch time I had my replacement delivered to my door. No extra-costs what so ever, delivery was free of charge as well. Really you cannot get better customer service experience.

One very satisfied customer! My Karabar Shopping Trolley... 1) arrived within two days (free delivery!)... 2) in a small package... 3) took a quarter of an hour to assemble... 4) is quiet and stable... 5) and is larger than I expected. But best of all it is fully insulated to keep the contents cool on the hottest of summer days. The cashier at my local supermarket wanted to take a close look at the 'Karabar' label when she saw it was thermally insulated!
Order got lost in the post but their customer assistant sorted it out in record time. Thanks.
Exactly as promised re: delivery . The buggy has big sturdy wheels so easy to manoeuvre around footpaths and curbs. Good size - shopping experience has become a lot more pleasant.
Fast delivery and good price!
This second purchase of face masks was disapponting as the mask were of inferior quality compared with the first purchase for the same price.
