I made an error with the delivery address and the package was returned to Jellycat. A lovely customer service advisor called Annie helped me every step of the way with arranging for this package to be resent to the correct address. Excellent customer service. Uber cute cuddly toys !

Recently contacted jelly cat when I had fault with my Amuseable Egg Bag Charm. Kate couldn’t have been more helpful and the customer service was excellent. I couldn’t fault them. Thank you for all your help and for quick resolution to my problem. Would’ve given them 6 stars out of 5 if I could have. Thank you!

When emailing customer service to ask when products will be back in stock, you either get ignored, or they say they don’t know! Surely they must have some idea of when products are back in stock ? I’m wanting a couple of pieces for Xmas presents, so not much help when you get told they don’t know! Then suggested to click the ‘ Notify when available’ of which I have done before, and never be told, and then the item has sold out again Appalling service!, think they’ve become so popular, and sell so many, they don’t care how they treat their customers I will now be purchasing from other genuine stockists of them, instead of them directly WITH REGARDS TO YOUR REPLY.. I have emailed twice to the email you suggested, and both parties have said they can’t tell me when the items are back in stock! .. very frustrating when you are hoping to get one for a Xmas present

Not even slightly happy. Ordered Isobel for my partner for Christmas. Isobel looks exactly like our dog so figured it would be the perfect gift. Pricey for a plush but figured it would be worth it for the surprise factor. Problem is Jelly cat decided otherwise. With no option for discreet packaging I assumed it would arrive in a normal brown box. NOPE! Big bright pastel blue jelly cat branded bag. Genuinely can't believe it. Reached out to support and Alex genuinely could not even be bothered. If you're thinking of buying this as a gift for someone, make sure they are 5+ miles away on the day of delivery because they will see it. Delivered on a Sunday by royal mail too. Stars aligned to ruin the surprise. Obviously care so much more about their branding being seen than anything else including the joy their product could have potentially given someone. I wouldn't and couldn't recommend them as a gift for someone.

Een bedrijf met een vriendelijke en persoonlijke aanpak. Het was makkelijk om met een echte persoon te mailen in plaats van eerst naar allerlei chatbots gestuurd te worden. Ik werd goed geholpen met vragen en problemen in verband met het versturen van een cadeau naar Frankrijk.

I ordered the Huge personalised Lavender Dragon teddy for myself, although costly - it was sent and delivered to me in just two days. It makes a great gift, the quality is amazing and the delivery time is unbeatable. I also own the small dragon and the skeleton man. 10/10

JC's customer service is a warm, wonderful, cuddly and adorable as their products! After a stressful week chasing Royal Mail, JC's Ellen fixed it, no quibbles, just fast and exceptional customer care. Ellen you made my day, in fact my entire week! Royal Mail should take note!

While I was initially disappointed that FedEx couldn't locate my address, I was incredibly impressed by Kate's prompt and helpful response. Catastrophe !j’ai commandé un cadeau de naissance il n’est jamais arrivé ! Ils ne répondent pas et ne remboursent pas !! Une escroquerie !! Du coup j’ai été obligé d’acheter un cadeau ailleurs !!

I ordered a plush toy weeks ago, and the money was debited immediately, but I never received it. After countless attempts to contact customer support, I still haven't received a refund. I will never order from here again!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

J'ai passé deux commandes sur leur site, une pour tester et voir la durée d'expédition et très agréablement surprise. Donc j'ai réitéré l'expérience avec une plus grande commande. Commandé le 2 octobre et reçu le 11 octobre sans frais de port car prix de la commande assez élevé. Je valide totalement ce site qui est victime de son succès haha.

Firstly I have placed an order and then I have double check with an agent and the agent told me the wrong information. Which lead to I have to paid additional money , which make me frustration as my friend insisted me that it was no sales tax when delivered to my country . Lucky Customer service Annie which is knowledgeable and provide me with the correct information and also very patient to help me solve all the problems and delivery incurred . I hope that jellycat should have all the staff like Annie which is patient and knowledgeable with all the information . This will allow us jellycat lover to shop with ease and have a pleasant shopping experience
