I have purchased from Jellycat on several occasions and have always received my orders without issue. My recent purchase however was delayed in transit for weeks and after contacting Jellycat was finally delivered safely. Thank you to Nicky who provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help me. Your professionalism, understanding and commitment is greatly appreciated.

Today I spoke to the Customer Service Team at Jellycat regarding the delivery of an order. The person I spoke to was Alex and she was so helpful and kept me informed along the way. I am delighted to say that the package arrived . Thank you once again Alex for your help and wish every one at Jellycat a happy Christmas.

I Ordered a jelly cat for my daughter’s birthday 13 days before her birthday and it still Came late , she wanted another one for Christmas and against my own opinions and judgement I did order it….this is 10 days before Which I’m sure will get here late AGAIN … are they worth the money Absolutely not in my opinion, and customer service is useless they can’t help with nothing and just make excuses I’d say if your gonna order Do it 1 month prior to give yourself assurance , or just Oder from another company.

Ordered a jelly cat 9 days ago now as a Xmas present , still hasn’t been despatched although I paid £5 delivery! Tried to contact jelly cat through customer services ( no response ) so I tried direct message through Instagram and was basically told nothing to do with them and to contact customer service again !!!! Looks like I’ll have to request a refund through my bank !

Jeg vil give 0 stjerner hvis jeg kunne. Nu har jeg to gange bestilt hos jer og første gang gik betalingen ikke igennem og i arbejdede ikke på bestillingen mere. Så ville jeg have annulleret den ordre, men i svarer aldrig. Så bestiller jeg engang til, hvor betalingen går igennem, men i bare ikke sender varer afsted og heller ikke nogen ordrebekræftigelse! nu venter jeg siden den bestilling igen siden den 05.12. Pga det er en meget vigtig julegave har jeg nu engang til bestilt på dk-jellycat.com og håber de i det mindste sender varen afsted. Desuden har jeg nu igen sendt en mail til Jellycatnusseklud.com at jeg vil have de ordre annulleret som de ikke sender afsted, men de svarer heller ikke. Den værste kundeservice i sådan en stor company jeg nogen sinde har oplevet!

I had a missing parcel as Royal Mail left it on doorstep and didn’t even put slip through door so I didn’t know it had been delivered until I contacted jellycat to find out where my order was so when I was told it had been delivered I was so upset but jelly cat have been amazing and really help me to sort my order and made sure I actually received it through GHL amazing delivery service I had know worries receiving it… and was handed to me! Also arrived earlier then expected so thank you to Nicky at jellycat for your help merry Christmas 🎄

Vorsicht, Feuer Gefahr beim Jellycat Brezel Wärmekissen. Bei 60 sek in der Mikrowelle war eine Seite warm und die andere eher kühl, daher wurde das Kissen schnell kalt. Beim 2. Versuch 90 Sek. In der Mikrowelle hat das Kissel bebrannt. Man sollte den Hersteller verklagen. Wir derden das auf jeden Fall weiter melden. Das ist lebensgefährlich, Finger weg.

After my jellycat purchase was delivered to the wrong address Nicky was super efficient and helpful at resolving my issue and I’m really happy with the outcome (very much looking forward to finally meeting our new arrival!)

Cannot recommend this company enough my order arrived really quickly and the standard of the packaging and product was very high. I had a query about my order and I received a reply and the issue was sorted very promptly I am very happy all round with everything to do with this company and will definitely be ordering again in the future

I can't believe they send out these things in their brand packaging. I'd never usually pay this much for such a product but thought I'd treat my daughter only for her to see the package and thus ruin her surprise. I'm sure she'll still enjoy it but I won't be shopping with this company again. As for the product itself, it's okay, pretty much an expensive stuffed toy. I don't get the hype but I indulged this for my daughter for her (now ruined) surprise. A shame this product isn't delivered with more discretion for those buying gifts.
