Er waren een paar problemen met het verzenden van het pakketje maar het is allemaal opgelost door het snelle antwoord van jellycat zelf, ze hebben me zelf een extra snelle bezorging voor aangeboden echt top dit.

I’ve had some problems with the delivery of my item. I had Ellen who helped me sort it out. She was super kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend buying from Jellycat knowing they have such great staff to help.

Never received my package. Jellycat tried to blame UPS and said they lost it. I have the shop app and continued to track it, it was not lost. I phoned UPS and they told me it was held because jellycat had not provided the proper documents. Jellycat is returning my money but I am very disappointed as it is now sold out and you can't get it. I also found out the package is now being sent back to them so they lost nothing for my inconvenience.

Great service from Josie at Jellycat. Sorted an order placed at a busy time of year to still be delivered in plenty of time. A personal service which was much appreciated. Item delivered was perfect and the gift will much treasured I'm sure.

LOVE THEM! Bought Ricky the Rain Frog after wanting one for ages, and I was not disappointed. Very fast dispatch & delivery arrived pretty much the next day. Ricky is adorable, so soft & perfect size, only issue I've now got is that I want more of them :)

They never have there products in stock you can never buy a jelly cat you have to wait forever.

I have ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday and despite the bank is confirming the payment, the customer service is insisting that there is no payment done. I have sent all the proof of payments and nothing… they prefer me proceeding with a claim than them shipping the items.

I live in Korea. First ordered a jellycat, and when the package stopped in the middle and didn't come, she kindly guided me. And when one jellycat didn't come, she still responded kindly and I was able to get all the jellykats! I will order a jellycat next time because her response was so warm! I wish Josie all the best.

Ordered a jellycat for a friends birthday and paid for it to be gift wrapped so it would be a surprise. Outer packaging stated what was inside making the gift wrapped option pointless. I emailed their customer service hello jellycat.com for a resolution and got an unhelpful email back. They are either autistic or taking the pi** and I suspect the latter.

I bought a jellycat cuddly toy as a Christmas present. This was priced at £125. I returned this item to jellycat almost 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund despite chasing this up on a day by day basis. They asked for proof of postage which I sent including the tracking from Royal mail and the signature of the person who received it. They said they would issue my refund within five working days. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend buying directly from Jellycat. Customer service is pretty appalling they are quick to take your money for your purchase and seem very reluctant to refund it despite having received the item weeks ago.

My order had been stolen in the post and the box turned up ripped open and damaged beyond repair. I got in contact with customer services 5 minutes after delivery and they were absolutely lovely, they sorted a replacement order out immediately and I couldn't be happier with the service Dililah provided. Thanks again!

Jellycat sent me a defective product. I reported this issue, and they responded very responsively. Replace a new toy with my newborn baby. So the overall experience is excellent.
