We love Jellycat and it’s amazing animals and books. We even ordered all the way to Spain. But more impressed I was with the wonderful customer service team, especially Nicky. Thank you for helping me with my order. It’s such a nice brand and I can recommend everyone buying there. It’s truly every kids dream. Have a jelly Christmas!

J’ai renvoyé ma commande et je n’ai toujours pas de remboursement en 1 mois et demi, on me dis que je me suis trompé dans l’adresse alors que l’adresse est bien celle sur leur site. Je suis très déçu en plus d’avoir payer pour renvoyer ma commande, je me retrouve donc sans mes produits et sans remboursement. Je ne vous conseille vraiment pas Jellycat

I made my 1st order this week for 2 products, 1 was missing, i emailed them explaining this and Nicky replied that he is sending another one with fast delivery, I appreciated this so much, it is for my daughters bday on Tuesday, excellent servcie, i will definatly be ordering again.

Nicky at customer services was amazing. An item was missing from my order so I dropped Jellycat an email to let them know. Nicky responded within a couple of hours (and on a weekend) and sent a replacement immediately. I cannot fault the customer service or the toys.

I ordered on jellycat for the first time and had the most positive experience with customer service I've ever had. Two Items on my order were out of stock (which isn't a big deal it's almost christmas after all and things like that happen). So Ellen from Jellycat contacted me and apologized sincerely. She also very kindly offered me some options for my order and I got to exchange the items that were out of stock, with others. I am so happy and appreciate all the effort and kindness Ellen put in, for me to still get some really cute Jellycats, which I will get to surprise my mom with! Thanks again Ellen for your kind and quick response! I hope you have a very merry christmas and I sure have not ordered here for the last time!

Customer service officer Nicky is very friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve the issue of my items that were not sent to me until today. The order was made on 29th Nov. Nicky was very polite too, she is really an asset to Jellycat. Bravo Nicky, keep up the good work.

Amazing service 10 star would score higher if could. Highly recommend this company Ordered Thurs delivered sat Spot on box spot on gift bag worth buying lovely. Can't fault this company

I had an exceptional experience with Nicky, one of the Customer Service Advisors at Jellycat. I ordered a gift recently, but due to delivery issues, I did not receive it. Feeling disappointed, I reached out to Jellycat both via phone and email. Nicky was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. He immediately arranged for a replacement order, ensuring that it was dispatched quickly. Thanks to his efforts, I received the replacement two days ago via DHL, and it was perfect! My friend absolutely loves the gift, and it made the occasion so much more special. Nicky’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and pleasant one. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly recommend Jellycat’s excellent customer service!

I’ve given this 4 stars my reason is the Jellycat itself is lovely however the surprise is ruined and the customer service not great! I just ordered my daughters first jellycat, but the outer packaging is in their brand packaging, so unfortunately when my daughter opened the door she saw it straightaway so this will not be a surprise on Xmas day. I contacted online to give feedback but was met with patronising and copy and pasted responses, from Nethra so I just want to warn other parents just keep in mind the outer packaging will give it away if this is a surprise!!! On reading other reviews I can now see jellycat are aware of this issue, but obviously do not take complaints seriously!!

As a first time customer I could not be any happier. The soft toy arrived quickly and was beautiful and soft. Perfect for a baby. However there was a slight hiccup which I had to address with customer services. I was helped along by a lovely lady called Megan. Megan was an absolute delight. She dealt with my issue immediately to my complete satisfaction within hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Jellycat products or the company to family and friends or anyone looking for an extra special gift for a loved one. It's a 10 from me. Thank you again Megan.

I ordered a pinguin. The payment app mastercard send me to my bank app. Recieved the check payed. No email to confirm. When I look on the site the order is still in the basket. What's happening???
