Excellent service really down to earth lovely people
Our boiler was playing up for a while. We previously had 3 different plumbers who gave us incorrect diagnosis and made us pay for parts we didn’t need. I was searching a good plumber and JB Heating was recommended to us by one of my work colleagues. I was a bit disappointed that the first diagnosis was incorrect and we had to ask them to come back and investigate further but they kindly offered a part refund for the first call out. The engineer managed to find the fault and replaced the broken part. It was a bit tricky and it took him longer that we expected but the boiler is finally working and we can enjoy the hot shower again. The engineer was polite and explained everything that needed to be done. Great customer service.

Quick service, quality of work good. Issues with hourly charging rates, ensure you understand they charge an hourly rate even when not at site if they have to collect materials.

Fast service and good communication
Technician was very nice, did a good job and left the two areas immaculate. The bill was higher than I expected and I didn't realise you paid VAT on labour, but a high standard of workmanship.
JB installed my boiler a couple of years ago and had them service boiler since. Arrived within the timescale given, polite/friendly etc. Recommend . . . (Only reason not given 5 stars is due to £40 rise in service charge from last year)
