More than 10,000 students have learnt Spanish at Vamos, many of whom have stayed with us and advanced to higher levels. We currently have more than 1,000 students studying online and in October ’21 we opened our schools again in Islington and Valencia. But we will always continue to run online courses as well. Vamos has been a Zoom partner since August 2019 and during that time we have refined our teaching techniques to ensure our online courses offer the same high standard of teaching and fun, classroom experience that make this school so popular. Our teachers have also created inventive ways to bring our community together with extra fun learning activities, some of which are free. We’re teaching every level of the Common European Framework (CEFR) with a team of around 30 teachers all of whom are experienced native speakers qualified in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In July 2020 we launched our young learner courses for GCSE and A level. They’re fun and interactive and aligned to Edexcel and AQA exam boards. The reason so many of our students stay with us is a combination of our high standards of teaching and friendly, sociable atmosphere; our wide choice and continuity of courses; online support and learning resources, and our uniquely flexible approach.
The course was really easy to follow, fun and interactive. Lots of opportunities to practice alone and in pairs. Paula is a great teacher, very clear and engaging.
I have been with Vamos since level 3 (I am now on level 18) and it has helped me tremendously to improve my Spanish. The classes have always been enjoyable and it makes learning Spanish not only interesting but informative too. I would highly recommend the courses to anyone seriously thinking of learning or improving their Spanish.
The online classes have been excellent allowing me to attend from anywhere. They send the exercise and activity books for you to use with plenty of exercises. And if you miss a class there are catch-up classes you can join. Sonia is great and energetic and lessons are well structured with a good balance of new material and practice exercises. I would fully recommend!

Vamos is simply the best Spanish school on the market in the Uk, the course material is excellent we’ll structured and the teachers so responsive and skilled. There is also a lot of flexibility as the courses are tiered and modules - I look forward to my online classes and live interacting with the other students - excellente
Great Spanish class for lower intermediate. Our teacher gets the level just right, and is clear in her explanations. She is very approachable, and responds helpfully to questions. I appreciate the mix of grammatical and communicative approaches, while the cultural/linguistic information is always fascinating. I think I am making good progress!

I've been learning with Vamos for 2 years now and have steadily improved my Spanish. All the teachers have been very good and some are exceptional. The pace I'm following is a two hour group session (around 6-7 people) ach week with a good balance of new learning, revision and consolidation and conversational practice. I think it would be better overall if there was a bit more student-teacher conversation as a lot centres on talking with your classmates who, naturally, are not fluent Spanish speakers and so the pace of learning a bit slower. I do an additional 1 on 1 class weekly with a tutor and, combined with the Vamos content, I'm happy with my progress and enjoying the learning journey.
40 min to 1 hour (half of the session) is used to correct homework.
Such a great language school. I started off with Spanish as a complete beginner and I can now very confidently hold a basic conversation. The staff are so lovely, I love the structure of the course and it is very interactive. I have attended the in person sessions but if you miss a lesson there’s the possibility to catch up. It’s such great value for money I highly recommend going to vamos if you wish to learn Spanish at any level!
Excellent teachers, I've been doing online classes since March 2021 and they have such a great online set up and lesson structure! It's fun, engaging and the events they organise are also a great way to practice and meet people. Planning on doing all levels with them! Maria

I started learning with Vamos as a complete beginner and I’m still enjoying it at Level 7 with plans to continue! All my lessons have been online, supported with materials sent home. Teaching is excellent and there is flexibility to catch up lesson if you need to.
