More than 10,000 students have learnt Spanish at Vamos, many of whom have stayed with us and advanced to higher levels. We currently have more than 1,000 students studying online and in October ’21 we opened our schools again in Islington and Valencia. But we will always continue to run online courses as well. Vamos has been a Zoom partner since August 2019 and during that time we have refined our teaching techniques to ensure our online courses offer the same high standard of teaching and fun, classroom experience that make this school so popular. Our teachers have also created inventive ways to bring our community together with extra fun learning activities, some of which are free. We’re teaching every level of the Common European Framework (CEFR) with a team of around 30 teachers all of whom are experienced native speakers qualified in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In July 2020 we launched our young learner courses for GCSE and A level. They’re fun and interactive and aligned to Edexcel and AQA exam boards. The reason so many of our students stay with us is a combination of our high standards of teaching and friendly, sociable atmosphere; our wide choice and continuity of courses; online support and learning resources, and our uniquely flexible approach.
I have just joined Vamos having studied Spanish with another company previously. I am currently with Sonia at level 7 and am very impressed with her skill and enthusiasm and I feel I am making good progress. The textbook and workbook are also both excelllent and enable us to complete lots of practice.
Excellent school. I think my teacher Amaya is fantastic. She has a great depth of knowledge about the language and always manages to make classes varied and motivating. When I think back to when I started with Vamos my progress has been huge! I started with physical classes and moved to online during the pandemic. The online classes are just as good and much more convenient. Definitely recommend Vamos and particularly Amaya.

I am doing the A1 beginner Spanish online course with David and it has been brilliant. A very good grounding in the basics and the grammar, David is an excellent teacher, he has a great way with all the students and is very personable. His teaching style is laid back but very clear, no questions are ever an issue. I would definitely want to carry on with him if I take the next course. Vamos have great customer service, my link didn’t work for the first lesson and the office organised a free private lesson to bring me up to speed. The group size is about 8 or 9 so it can be slower than going at your own speed/private lessons. Highly recommend Vamos.

I have been studying with Vamos for the past year online and have found the teaching staff absolutely brilliant. I have seen vast improvements in my spanish through their lessons. They also offer lots of optional free extras like conversation classes and quizzes which really help in allowing students to find opportunities to practice their spanish. Highly recommended.
Really glad I chose Vamos - excellent tutor in Elizabet , back office easy to communicate with , lessons varied and entertaining . Currently on lesson 23 and have very much enjoyed every one of those lessons . Would highly recommend.
I can highly recommend Vamos. I’m a beginner and even in just under two months I’ve learned enough to transform interactions during my most recent visit to Spain. The teacher is excellent. He has a wide range of tools to help us through even the most tricky concepts.
Very good administration for the course. Good communication in advance. The online teaching itself is clear and thorough. The work book containing all the homework is useful. The monthly free conversation class is also very helpful in allowing you to apply what you have learnt.
Highly recommend! Vamos is a fantastic place to learn Spanish. I've been a student for several years now, and it's been a great experience - my ability has improved hugely.

So glad I found Vamos! they are fabulous language school with great teachers and lots of fun ways to learn. They host cultural outings too...and even have a relationship with a school in Valencia, Spain. I couldn't have asked for more. P.S. Andrea is amazing!
It’s a great way to learn Spanish from scratch. You have the same teacher each week and for the online courses you get plenty of interaction and practice speaking

I’ve done 8 courses now with Vamos over zoom. Carla is an excellent teacher and the school provides great resources to help you learn. There’s lots of free classes you can join and I really feel like my Spanish has improved a lot since starting with them.
Great online course. Really good teachers and high quality use of Zoom as a teaching medium. Excellent level of Spanish teaching and very affordable too. Having learned with Vamos and Cervantes institutes I can say for at home learning Vamos are a cut above and the standard and enthusiasm of the teaching is top notch. Would recommend the school to anyone
Great teachers and very helpful
I can not recommend Vamos highly enough. I have been studying with Vamos since early 2020. The content and lessons are cleverly put together to cover the grammar alongside learning new topics (i.e. food, technology etc). My teacher, Sonia, has an incredible way of engaging and explaining information, and ensuring everyone understands. Being able to do this online is the only reason I can learn Spanish and therefore think the set up is perfect for those who are strapped for time. Additionally, Vamos ensures you have the chance to attend all classes, being able to offer catch up sessions is incredibly helpful. Vamos put on an activity various Fridays, such as pub quizzes and conversation classes for all levels to attend and further their Spanish skills. I you are thinking about taking lessons with Vamos, its definitely worth it!
