I absolutely hated trying to work with your notary partner. I tried for over 2 weeks and could never get an appointment and the lines were always busy. I am going to be looking at other companies for my mail needs.

I was assisted appropriately and decently efficiently. I was using chat and it was quick and easy. Pay attention to the time of day. Chat worked well in the mid-afternoon and was slow to respond in the morning.
Everything seems seamless at this time. I haven't used many features as of yet though. I wish my location had check deposit, I really needed that.

Easy to use thus far. Only complaint is having to pay to retrieve my mail. Because of that I would caution others to find a place that doesn’t charge or make efforts to have something needed, mailed to a different address.

Awful. You have to jump through hoops to sign up with them, and it is not worth it. In addition to a $25 notary, which I did not have to do to set up a physical mailbox collection site WITH unlimited scanned docs. Do not recommend.
