The rep was able to agree that my request for a scan was taking too long and set up a ticket. The issue is not yet resolved, but I am certain it will be. The rep, Shavonna was very bright, compassionite and helpful.

I have gone to the post office to pick up my mail two days in a row and the gentleman there said that was all of our mail. I walk out and I drive home and find a new email saying I have another piece of mail that the gentleman did not give me now I have to go a third day in a row, even though all my mail was there and he didn’t file it, but he scanned it in But as far as the virtual mailbox, I love it and the price is great

Easy to sign up and great customer service.

After searching various PO Box services including local physical locations such as box stores and the post office, I was surprised to find that not only where they more expensive than iPostal1 , They also didn’t offer any service whatsoever. My experience that’s far having access to my mail from anywhere in the world, by using the virtual mailbox option has been nothing short of spectacular. I can see in real time when I receive important articles in my mailbox, I know that they are secure and will be ready for them when I am ready to collect them. Likewise I can see when the mail delivered can wait to be picked up. They sign for my packages and even hold them for me. So glad I choose this service!

It took too long to set up. I submitted the paperwork to the post office on November 5 to change to the Ipostal PO Box. I just got my first mail coming through this week. I lost a lot of important papers waiting for the process to start.

I just signed up with iPostal1 and found out that the 10 monthly scans you get are not scans. They are just the front of an envelope. For 10 bucks a month. Anything that is opened Is $2.25 per item. So that’s a lot of items. This is much more expensive than traveling mailbox, and it is disappointing. But this is my address for now so I will work with it. I would like your website to say those are just the scans of the the outside and everything else Is $2.25 a scan. Plus if you have to deposit a check it’s $2.25 to scan it and Almost 5 dollars to deposit. All of this can get very costly and people should have the transparency before signing up. Even if it’s having a conversation with a representative from Ipostal.
