the mail pick up was quick and it was a breeze
No customer support at all. Paid for a mailbox and send in the documents that I thought were ok but they don't reply back at all even after weeks whether they were accepted or not. It felt like I might have been scammed. No, I would not use this company, ever!
The owners seem very nice and kind hearted and knew which package was mines when walking in. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend !

So far it's been good. Only thing is needing to schedule to pick up. I'm in town to service my car and have no clue when it will be done so I can't schedule anything but maybe next time.
Initial review is that it seems to take a while for mail to reach the box. Mailed items to the box 9 days ago and still not there.

This company does not have credibility and professionalism. If there was a rating less than one star, I would have included it here. They wasted my time and effort, money as I registered my company address with them, and when they asked me to notarize the account, I added all the required documents. After submitting the necessary documents to activate the account with the notary for file number 1583, they told me that everything was fine. Then, after 4 days, I was surprised by a message from them that they refused to open an account for me because of my nationality or passport. Yes, these are misleading policies that they do not tell you about before you open the account. I have now lost more money, effort and time to change my company address with the state.
Gaurav was incredibly helpful in assisting me with changes to my account. He was both responsive and highly knowledgeable about their services. iPostal1 is an excellent product and a valuable service for my business.
