Paying $19.99 a month and still have to pay $2.80 for the mail place to receive the mail another $2.25 to scan the mail so I can see and still pay $3.00 to pick up the mail in person. Exactly why am I pay $19.99 a month if there are all these other extra fees.

Easy to use, love it that I can view each piece of mail that I want to send & it gives me options on what to do with what I don't need sent. Sometimes I feel that the mail doesn't get sent out as quickly as I like, but that is the only issue I have.
Set up was difficult. My mail is still being delivered to my home and is not at PDQ mail so I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. I filled in the USPS form 1583.I also had all the family members ID’s verified by taking the family members in person to PDQ mail. I did everything you required. However an extra step has been added. The post office sends a verification letter before they change the mailing address. No one told me there would be this extra step. I am already away and 10 days went by between doing the temporary change of address at the post office and being notified about the verification step. So mail went to my home for those 10 days. Also you make people pay for your service before they understand the service or can set up a start date. payment is first. This whole process has been labor intensive (4 visits to PDQ with family members ID documentation) and now it still is not working.
