Provide ink cartridges which last longer than 8 sheets of printing? Waste of money
Epson Stylus SX515W Delivery was good and on-time. I bought multiple packs etc.as the printer was telling me that the magenta was low. I replaced that and checked the ink levels. Showing that the black was low I replaced that as well. The head test print wouldn't include black while the other 3 did print a test pattern. Ever since replacing cartridges the printer continually refuses to recognise any cartrides so I can't even run a head cleaning program. I have now replaced all cartridges but it still doesn't recognise them. It seems stuck on the magenta one that I first replced and did appear on the test print. Still have one Magenta left from the two full packs I bought. I'm afraid to replace this one for fear of it going into a loop and the printer continually not recognising any cartridges.
Although recognised by the printer as third party ink, it nevertheless fitted perfectly and accepted.
Purchase clean black ink cartridges from you and the printer will not work with them installed. Had to take them out and refit some others from a pack I had including the colours cartridges. Not good waste of time and money

Prompt delivery price competitive ,even though I think generally these inks are far too expensive for what they are. But at least it appears Ink Factory are trying to be fair on their pricing.
