I ordered 2 packs of ink. When fitting the printer told me the ink cartridge was not recognised , therefore unusable. I emailed Inkfactory who did not help nor replace them nor give me my money back.

Ordering and delivery were fine, I have not used the cartridges yet so cannot comment on whether the compatibility is good nor whether the quality is good. Can I suggest that you give customers chance to actually use your products before contacting them for a review.
