The ink cartridges were not fit for purpose. They were not compatible with my Epson Stylus Photo R240. In fact the first time using the Ink Factory cartridges they damaged the print heads beyond repair. I have emailed the company twice and have had no response. A complete waste of £39.99!!! DO NOT BUY THESE CARTRIDGES
I sent a email wanting to return the cartridges I bought because they were the wrong ones and still waiting for a reply very disappointed

The ink bottles were sent in an unpadded envelope, consequently one of them burst. On informing ink factory and sending photos, they sent me 4 new ones for free. Turned a problem into a solution, no quibble, highly recommend
