I received the wrong cartridges and was given the okay to return them. Because of unavoidable problems the return was delayed and they helpfully told me by email to return as soon as I was able. I did so, and in addition re-ordered the correct cartridges. I haven't received my refund and I have sent numerous reminders to no avail. Disappointed after the initial helpful service. Needless to say I won't be using them again.
Despite following all troubleshooting instructions, my printer wouldn’t recognise these inks. I have emailed the company for help twice and no reply. I was going to put it down as a lesson learned and forget about it, until I received an email asking for a rating on Trustpilot. Shite
Easy to buy and so far the ink cartridges seem to work well.
Good quality cartridges reasonably priced and very prompt delivery. You have to be patient if your printer doesn't work with the ink cartridges at first but the printer eventually accepts them and starts printing and copying as before.
